I own 2 suits. One original and the 2nd with the 'New Cut' and both give me extreme wedgies.

I received the wrong size for my order (Size 4) and requested a refund. According to their policy, refunds are allowed if the size received is incorrect, yet they claimed I could only receive a store credit.

I never requested a store credit, and my email sent on December 21 received no response, even though their holiday period starts only on December 25. In fact, since December 18, I have received no reply to any of my emails.

I have been contacting them consistently since December 10, but all responses are automated or sales-focused, with no effort to provide proper consumer support.

Customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

If this issue is not resolved, it may be reported to Fair Trading (state consumer protection office) or ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission), which oversee consumer rights in Australia.

These swimmers are very unflattering if you have loose skin from pregnancy/c section. The flap is clearly visible.

I love that it’s so functional but looks elegant and smart. I am a mum of 2 kiddos so relaxing at the beach isn’t my time just yet but it is so comfortable and support while splashing in the waves and chasing my babes around.

Bought a bather set, bathers and wrap. Bathers were tight, but doable as they were bathers, but and the colour faded as it was having to stretch too much and I don't think any size would help this, either way I thought I will just send back for a bigger size and be happy with the set as the wrap dress was fine. Well no refunds only exchanges (for a $300 pair of bathers) wouldn't be a problem except, I was going on holidays the week after, not enough time to get them back and a new pair shipped (lets not forget we have to pay shipping each time). Anyway, sent back and now they don't have the package, so hopefully they find it, if not, nothing! The items I spent $600 on are now on sale for like $150! So there is that too.

What a nightmare 😭 Buyer beware NO REFUNDS. (they will exchange but all their stuff is crap) I decided to splurge on bathers for myself (never spent so much before) before a trip to Greece. I measured myself according to the guidelines and got advice from a 'fitting specialist' because I am usually a 12 and the size guide was saying to order a size 8 and 10 🤪 They arrived, wayyyy too small and tight so I sent them back (at my expense) with just enough time before my flight. The next set arrived and they were STILL too small. So I had to go to Swimwear galore where I found beautiful bathers I COULD TRY ON and for only $100 instead of $300. Of course I couldn't get a refund so had a bigger size shipped (again at my expense despite the fact their sizing advice is wonky AF) They are ok but gape at my butt and ARE NOT worth the money AT ALL. I was also given a 'free' kaftan for spending such a stupid amount of money and it is the most hideous thing..it's literally plastic and sweaty and like a plastic bag. The fact they will exchange their items but not refund speaks volumes.

I’m still waiting on my exchange to be sent out; I would have thought they would prioritise orders placed and exchanged prior to their Black Friday sales going live but sadly not and they haven’t responded to email as well.
This is really not the best first experience with this company nor is it great customer service either. I understand small Aussie business and all however I have had incredible service from Aussie businesses both bigger and smaller than this so feel like a business can’t always play that card.
Also, having to pay a further $10 for shipping back to the store just for an exchange was quite a rude shock OUCH!

Sizing does not match their website. To exchange you have to pay another $20+ return shipping! No refunds if you're inbetween sizes and they are ONLY available on line so you can not try before you buy. Such a waste of money. Incredibly uncomfortable swim suit. Not great quality. Has a saggy cro tch even when I went down TWO sizes. So annoyed

These suits are miracles. They hold everything in and make me feel so good. I bought two different suits but feel like I have 6 between them being reversible and interchangeable.

I have the basicilia green and I always get asked where my swim suit is from! Very flattering and excellent tummy control past partum. So many ways to wear the same swimsuit 😍

Love Baiia designs and appreciate the team behind Baiia whom are always so kind and helpful. I have a few pieces that do have some wear and tear because Baiia really is my go to look.

Love this brand... I have one pair of swimmers but never feel like it's just one.. versatile and feminine ... Makes me feel comfortable when in swimwear (which doesn't happen much) because it is cut to flatter your body

Their policy is store credit only if the product is not suitable and from an exchange of emails there is no exception. The costumes are expensive, they aren’t suitable for all women and their product catalogue to spend the store credit is extremely small. Far too much risk dealing with this boutique.

This is my second swimsuit from this company and I already want a third. I have talked 2 of my sisters into ordering also! This is so much fun styling this suit multiple ways. Also it is so comfortable and confidence boosting! I loyal fan! Thanks Baiia!
