Good quality blinds however…
Good quality blinds however organisation was a complete shambles. We were initially told the blinds would take 2/3 weeks, we were then told that one set of blinds was out of stock but the rest could be fitted ‘within the next few days’, we were then told blinds would take 6 weeks. Blinds were eventually fitted after around 8 weeks. Staff member rude over the phone. Very poor service and experience and I would not recommend to others. We have been left feeling like we were completely misled to secure a deposit.
*the suggestion in your response that the blinds being out of stock was ‘communicated to me at the time’ is completely false. This was only communicated to four weeks after I had placed the order and I had called to enquire as to why the initial 2-3 week time limit provided had not been met.

Our standard production time for Roman blinds is approximately 4–6 weeks. If you were advised otherwise, we apologise for any confusion caused. Unfortunately, the fabric chosen for your blinds was out of stock; this was communicated to you at the time, along with the option to select an alternative fabric or to wait for it to become available.
