I’m really disappointed with the…
I’m really disappointed with the delivery service. I paid a high delivery charge for next-day delivery, but my parcel arrived almost three days later. This delay was very inconvenient and not what I expected given the cost. I hope the company improves its service, because this experience was quite disappointing.

Royal mail never contacted me to tell me when they would deliver I was out they never posted a card to say they had been arranged delivery with them to post office they said they would inform me when parcel was there they didn't

Lack of company comms
I haven’t ever given bad reviews in the past. Generally if a company doesn’t meet my expectations, I simply do not use them again. In this case I have used several bullion dealers like chards, Atkinsons and Gerrards with wonderful results, but the most recent use of Baird and co prompted me to leave this not so great experience. I have used Baird and co on one occasion before having to gently chase them for delivery dates. Regardless of the recent rush of orders all dealers seem to be enduring , Baird seem to be the worst when it comes to delivery. Because my initial order eventually was delivered I gave the company a second chance. This time the delay was excessive with no feedback from the company as to why and only after several attempts to chase them, they finally revealed that the ordered item which was paid for and supposedly confirmed as in stock was actually not available. Their response was to offer a more common and readily available coin from the same range which of course was no good to me as my order was for a specific coin. Sadly I will not be using them or recommending them for future purchases. They get 3 stars only because the refund was timely.
