This company is untrustworthy, lies and overbearing. Went to buy a card waller and look at a bag, checked the price with the sales staff. On 2nd visit, asked for to look at the bag again, and checked the price with the sales staff and was shown the price tag inside the bag. As I was about to pay, she suddenly said the price has increased and insisted that we pay the new price! I refused as they had confirmed the price twice and shown me the price tag. The store manager couldn't bear the responsibility and needed to check with her office.

They refused to honour the original price despite telling the price verbally twice and showing the price tag. The sales staff didn't even apologize and was quite rude.

We advise everyone to avoid this brand and company. Their products are nothing special and even borrowing other brands (Adidas) to rip you off.

Nur der Name ist Luxus. Sonst nichts. Nicht mal eine Rechnung eines vor nem Jahr bestellten Artikel bekommen sie zu mir geschickt. Das kannst du dir beim besten willen nicht ausdecken was die einen dreck auf die Kunden geben. Aus Fehlern lernt man. Macht diesen erst garnicht ist den Preis und den Ärger nicht wert.

I bought a shirt for my husband. The quality is so bad that after one wash the shirt actually tore. When I went back to the store they lied and said we will send to Paris for evaluation. It will take 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted them and the staff said its your fault take it back we can’t do anything. After I questioned where was it sent for evaluation. They said it wasn’t send anywhere so they lied earlier. And being such a big brand the staff was so damn rude no one would listen. Ideally any good brand would replace it or give store credit. They didn’t even bother to at least get it fixed. I paid $1600 for a bad quality shirt. Any local brand quality is better than Balenciaga

Mio marito mi ha regalato le triple S. Che volevo da più di un anno, quindi immaginate la felicità. Nel guardarle meglio perché non le volevo ancora provare vedo che la suola anzi entrambe le suole sia sotto che nelle parti laterali sono sporchi di marrone. E per la consulente Angela insieme alle scarpe le faccio recapitare un paio di occhiali da vista, così ci vedi meglio ed eviti di dire idiozie.

Als aller erstes möchte ich ihnen mitteilen das ich Balenciaga sneaker Liebe. Leider hatte ich bisher kein Glück mit Balenciaga sneaker weil ich zum 5.mal reklamieren musste.

Immer wieder gab es Risse an der Sohle und am Stoff.

Diesesmal wurde mir einfach der sneaker nicht repariert oder ein Gutschein ermöglicht.

Ich möchte jetzt mein Geld zurück.

Mir reicht es auch langsam.
Meines Erachtens ist der sneaker 795€ nicht wert.
Den letzten habe ich nicht mal 3-4 Monate und alle anderen hatte ich ebenso getragen. Traurig aber wahr.
