Wacht al 3 weken nog niets ontvangen

Bestelling gedaan en niks weer gehoord, achteraan gemaild en excuses gekregen en de belofte dat ze het direct zullen versturen. Tot op heden nog steeds niks ontvangen. Is dus of zeer slechte service of pure oplichting en weggegooid geld !!

I contacted Balinaro via Instagram before making a purchase because I wanted clarification on a few details about their product. As a potential customer, I expected helpful and professional responses. Unfortunately, the communication I received was surprisingly rude and dismissive.
I was simply trying to make an informed purchasing decision, yet my questions seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. I've dealt with many companies over the years, and this was one of the most unpleasant pre-sales experiences I've encountered.
Good customer service starts long before a sale is made, and based on my experience, Balinaro fell far below the standard I would expect from a business selling to UK customers. As a result, I chose not to proceed with my purchase.
Very disappointing experience, and I would be hesitant to recommend this company based on the way I was treated. And on top they blocked me on Instagram. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If pre-sales service is so bad then post sales will be worst!

Ordered 4pack of swim shorts for holiday a week ago thinking they would be here in good time for my holiday which is in a weeks time. Cost just over £100, which if the quality was as shown would be fine. Have emailed company on 2 separate occasions to ask them to dispatch asap, but no replies and the stock is supposedly just sat there. 2 weeks delivery in this day and age is laughable. Plus no communication is unacceptable also. My suggestion is to spend your hard earned elsewhere as honestly and transparency re stock and delivery times is not on this companies agenda!!

I ordered 2 pants to see the quality and it's just perfect. It's light, enjoyable to wear like sweat pants, but the material is really nice. So I ordered 3 more cause it's exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. 👏☺️ Thank you !! 🙏

They’re perfect size, feel, fit, and the right colors (that’s been an issue too). A lot of companies want to do this. This one does it right. Ich habe bei Balinaro eine Hose, ein T-Shirt und ein Hemd bestellt und kann ehrlich sagen: Ich bin rundum begeistert. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Die Materialien fühlen sich hochwertig an, nichts kratzt oder wirkt billig, im Gegenteil – alles sitzt perfekt und trägt sich unglaublich angenehm. Die Passform ist exakt so, wie beschrieben, und der Stil ist modern, zeitlos und sehr geschmackvoll. Genau solche Kleidung sucht man oft lange.

Auch die Lieferung lief absolut reibungslos: schnell, zuverlässig und sauber verpackt. Was Balinaro aber wirklich von vielen anderen Shops abhebt, ist der Kundenservice. Ich hatte eine kurze Rückfrage zu meiner Bestellung und wurde außergewöhnlich freundlich, kompetent und vor allem schnell unterstützt. Keine Standardantworten, sondern echte Hilfe – man fühlt sich als Kunde ernst genommen und wertgeschätzt.

Preis-Leistung ist hier absolut stimmig. Man bekommt hochwertige Kleidung, tollen Service und ein insgesamt sehr professionelles Einkaufserlebnis. Für mich ist Balinaro eine klare Empfehlung und definitiv ein Shop, bei dem ich wieder bestellen werde. Genau so stellt man sich Online-Shopping vor.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. No help from the delivery company but Balisaro took it upon themselves to send me my order again at no charge to me. I love the product and now I love the company for making it right. Thank you.

Constantly lying about delivery. I allowed 2 weeks before my holiday when I ordered my swim shorts. They keep saying 1-2 days and it’s now 10 days since the order and today they still say 1-2 days before the courier gets them.
Clearly an amateur middle man buying from China.
Don’t trust them!

I do weight training and work in the real estate industry, and until now it has always been a nightmare to find suitable pants that are also comfortable. The Neo Pants from Balinaro are amazing. I wear them every day and have already reordered all colours several times – I've never had such comfortable yet elegant-looking trousers! The quality is also absolutely brilliant. I've been wearing my first pair for almost a year now and have reordered all colours several times because I don't wear any other trousers anymore! Also in summer super comfortable und not too warm!

My experiences dealing with Balinaro were simply outstanding. The clothes are of the highest quality and the service exceptional. The customer service went above and beyond to provide me with everything I needed for complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

uiteindelijk op 20-09-2025 de broek ontvangen en via whats app hebben ze mij keurig op de hoogte gehouden. De broek past ook nog perfect en voelt goed aan. Keurig verpakt in een dubbele seal. Dit weekend en komende week testen en bij blijvend enthousiasme bestellen we er meer bij Balinero.
