Overall, good experience. I paid for 2 day shipping, but after a week did not even have a tracking number. I called the company and they let me know the acetac Gear was behind. They refunded me the price of the shipping because of the delay, were helpful and friendly when responding to me, and the order came fairly quickly after our correspondence, exactly how I had ordered it.
A good company is responsive to its customers, and has helpful customer service when something goes wrong, just like this company was

This product is expensive. However its built better than say the 5.11 product. Love that you can order all the same color of plate carrier and side plates carriers unlike 5.11 brand. My only criticism is the side plate carriers should arrive at the same time as the main plate carrier.

Bought it at a great price. Got here in less than a week. Out-F#$#n-standing job. Y'all should be proud to deliver such high level service.

I found a great first aid trauma kit here at an awesome price. I’d been searching around a bit for something that has that little extra. I was pleased with Ballistic Armor. The quality was what I’d expected when I got the kit in my hands. I dare say better than what I was able to find at our local Army/Navy Surplus Supplier. I hope I never have to use this kit.

The SOP mini chest rig is great. It’s well made and is very comfortable,customizable. Shipping was fast and ordering was easy. I would only recommend changing the radio extended wings. I would recommend reversing the hard plastic backing to face the body or put the plastic backing on both sides of the pouch. Besides this it is great over all.

My package was late by about 4 days and it initially took a long time to get packaged and the label prepared. The shipping somehow went past my state all the way to the other end of the country. Hopeful the product will be good but majorly disappointed by the shipping process

Seemed like nice quality. I was able to easily fit two pistol mags, pepper spray and a few other items inside. AR mags were secured well. I think a compact pistol could fit well but probably not a full size.

Fast, easy, and accurate. Will defiantly consider for future purchases.

The product looked bigger and better than my old leather 40lb knapsack. Cheap construction, very small carrying ability simply bad news but I live knowing my $11 miniscule 2 inch turtle patch was perfect..sucker davidantonydunlap
