You sent a vest when I wasn't even home. I'm not super impressed...your boss talked to me and the order still went like crap. $800 crap. It will work but I'm pretty convinced your just a mail order outfit that doesn't even see the product with their own eyes. Stop trying to act like you make the armor...you literally take an order and some other company sends an order to your house. I wanted to order a helmet but after the vest experience I think I'm good. You don't inspire confidence.

I'm happy to say that the tracking indicates your gloves were delivered at 10am this morning. If you did not receive them please contact us immediately so that we can open an investigation with the courier and ship you a replacement pair right away.

Helmet is ok, helmet covers glow under NVG
Helmet is ok for the price; definitely larger than others as will not work with other helmet covers that I tried. Their own helmet covers glow white under night vision so take that into account if you care about that.

Complete kits was convenient for…
Complete kits was convenient for changing out the suspension system in my issued helmet. The suspension system feels like the cheap Chinese fake ones though. The Velcro on the straps also does not like to hold very well.
