I entered the shop and was immediately welcomed and informed that they were dog friendly. There was a good selection of luxury brands available and watches on display.
Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I selected several watches before narrowing them down to a particular one and even then she showed me a couple of other “wild cards” to try on.
Excellent service throughout and I’ll certainly be visiting again for my next watch!!

My husband and I wandered in to Banks Lyon Jewellers 2 weeks ago to have a look at men’s luxury watches.
Denise who looked after us, was very friendly and courteous and with her help and experience my husband narrowed his choice to 2 .. a Longines and a Tissot.
As he couldn’t decide between the 2 Denise was able to offer a discount for if we were to purchase both…. Which is what we did so thank you Denise for all your help and advice and understanding.

I needed to purchase a very special item of jewellery and didn't really know where to start. I had visited the shop before and was helped by Denise who was 1st class.
When I was ready to purchase the item I returned to the store and was helped by Hannah Mackay. Hannah was kind patient did not put any pressure on me to buy but presented a number of options.
As a result I did actually purchase the most expensive option but it was absolutely worth it.

Had a lovely time choosing an Omega for my wife’s birthday - good choice of watches all expertly explained by Hannah. If you’re spending quite a bit you should get great service - but it’s not always the case. Thankfully Banks Lyon are consistently excellent

Our interaction was over several months as I talked with her about different models. She patiently supported me with information and availability with no high pressure sales of any kind. When I was ready to buy, Aziza ensured a smooth, easy transaction and the watch was delivered to me in no time at all! So delighted with my Omega watch and with the service I received.
