Thank you Banks Lyon for a first class experience. I made my purchase online. The website is excellent. Had to call into the Lancaster branch for a fitting. That’s next level. Recently refitted, beautifully appointed, wonderful staff. Couldn’t be happier. Special shout out to Aziza, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, as always.

I wanted to get my husband a nice anniversary gift, and Aziza gave me some great advice—she was spot on, he absolutely loves his new Omega.

absolutely horrendous service, drove all the way from Leeds to look at a watch which had been put aside for me to view, my daughter had arranged for this to be a special occasion with the staff prior to our arrival as it was my 60th birthday present and a surprise (in response to the reply we were never asked to book an appointment and were assured the request would be cascaded to the rest of the team the staff member was aware we could not book as we were travelling from Leeds), when we arrived the lady on the desk at the front looked at us blankly when my husband introduced himself no one seemed to know anything about us coming we were sent to sit at a table with dirty coffee cups on it, when a staff member came with the watch we explained the dirty cups were not ours! the girl moved them and said ' did you want a drink' we declined, i looked at the watch which was perfect but when my husband expressed his disappointment about the experience not being what had been promised which was for us to be seated in a pleasant environment with a glass of fizz and shown the omega watch the girl said im sorry but we are short staffed and have been busy, it wasn't me that dealt with the arrangements it was my colleague and she is busy, the colleague in question had already given wrong information regarding the return policy the week prior to our visit which she had apologized for and arranged the special viewing of the watch as it was a surprise that i knew nothing about and she said she would make it special, i was absolutely shocked that a shop selling high end products could treat customers as they treated us, i asked the girl serving us to put the watch away whilst i had a think, we returned to explain we would not be purchasing the watch from them and our disgust at the service, the only thing that was repeatedly said was sorry but we have been busy, as a customer who was willing to spend a significant amount of money this excuse is not good enough as the customer comes first and if is treated properly would be willing to wait!! fortunately i have been able to order the watch from a wonderfully professional well established jewelers in Leeds and i am willing to wait for it rather than purchasing it from banks lyon

From the moment you walk in you are made to feel very welcome. Hannah was very helpful in helping me find the watch I was interested in and gave us time, with a cup of tea to decide. On our return to pick up my watch we dealt with Jake who made our purchasing experience more of an occasion, so much so that we made another purchase while we were there! It’s a beautiful shop and all the staff are lovely and friendly, they even brought our little dog a drink.

I’ve dealt with Banks Lyon for a number of years, specifically with Aziza and cannot fault the service or quality of the store. They have always been responsive and do their best to go the extra mile for the customer which honestly helps with the buying experience. It’s not easy to find a reliable and genuine Authorised Dealer these days but with Aziza, I know I can count on her reactive approach and customer focused attitude. Will continue to keep shopping here.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had in buying a watch!

Bought a watch as was advertised online paid fully advertised price and money taken and cleared.

Then get a phone call to say they don’t really have the watch they have advertised and will refund the money 🤔

Let this be a warning to anyone buying they don’t actually have the goods they advertise

I used Banks Lyon to purchase a Cartier watch for my wife’s birthday. Have to say the experience was great. They were really friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use again.

Generally good and attentive service ( I have purchased 5 watches in the last 12 months.
However I waited around 3 months for the repair to the strap of a man’s Tissot watch .
In addition, I received an email from the company inviting me to the opening of your new extension, but this was addressed to someone else . Upon questioning the sender , I received an apology and confirmation that as a valued customer I would be receiving a definite invitation in due course… Guess what ?nothing received… which was disappointing considering the purchases I have made.

What a fantastic experience I had with Aziza and Banks Lyon Jewellers!
Aziza was a fantastic communicator and answered all my questions promptly with pictures of the watch I wanted, she sent out the gorgeous watch I purchased the next day and I received the day after before 1pm! Excellent and fast service.
The watch is just as described and very gorgeous, a lovely treat for my birthday. I even got a special birthday card and chocolates- such a kind gesture.
I will definitely be returning when I need some more jewellery!

Ive just bought a beautiful summer blue planet ocean it's a stunning watch and aziza made the process so simple I got a great deal as well so a great experience with banks lyon and do not hesitate to recommend them.

I had always wanted a Longines watch and Aziza guided me through the on line purchase process to ensure the watch was delivered on the day I needed. Great price, great service and delivery on time plus some chocolate goodies in the delivered parcel! Brilliant
