Wish I had checked reviews before placing an order. Similar ordeal to many others on here, item marked as dispatched, royal mail didn't receive the item until 7 or so days after it was marked as shipped. Told the same thing please check back in 2 to 3 days. From what I can tell royal mail delivered it to someone in my postcode but there was no name taken and the 'proof of delovery' was a blurry photo of what appears to be the ground. 2 months after placing my order they have finally concluded that this is not their problem and they are not prepared to do anything about it. Vina is a liar through and through. Do not spend any money with this company, order from literally anywhere else. Con artists.
UPDATE Vina, so glad you have shared the photo of what you have accepted as proof of delivery, I encourage any potential customer of yours to look at this before placing an order with your company, it will yelp them everything they need to know about your lack of integrity.

My order didn´t arrive until today. I tried to reach the Support 2 times via mail i got no response. The Trackingnumber in the order is since 1.Dec without any changes.....
I think it was the last time that i order here. No Feedback, No Support, :-(
Thanks for your answer but then you have to check your contact function on your website because i try to contact you with this function and i got feedback from the page that me mail is sended! Further more i write you in the chat on the Homepage and leave my email contact without any answer......

I kept tracking but it just remained at shipped and so was a surprise when it turned up early.
It was unexpectedly unbowed but everything included.
Slow delivery plus I have other parts on order which appear to be even slower. One part being the programming cable which should have been included in the original scanner order still not delivered which makes the scanner unusable
TL;DR: Both products in your cart, as well as already paid orders - change over time. They don't tell you where to enter shipping/tracking code they provide (use WWW ordertracker COM /track/)
First time I've ordered two Baofeng radios - there was promotion where two extra/longer (NA-771) antennas and programming cable was to be included for free. I made the payment with iDeal - but somehow order didn't get through their system. Contents of shopping cart were still there, order didn't show up in my Baofeng account orders, and I didn't get order confirmation email - but money was definitely deducted from my bank account.
Several emails back and forth, and few days later I got the money credited back to my account. Baofeng support suggested I try paying with PayPal instead of iDeal.
With same original contents/products still in shopping cart, I proceeded to pay using PayPal, and it worked. Payment went through, shopping cart was empty, and account/orders showed I placed an order.
Couple of days later I wanted to check shipping status - and noticed that order showed I'm getting two radios without "free" programming cable and without two NA-771 antennas (those free extras are only reflected in tiny thumbnail image). Also tracking code isn't linking to any status page/site, so you have to figure out on your own where to use it.
Since they didn't use something typical like DHL, PostNL ... I tried looking up this "ShipperHQ", as well as trying tracking code in a bunch of places, until Google suggested it's USPS. Which would be weird because I'm in NL, ordered from Baofeng UK and they ship from China, but status for that tracking code said:
"Label Created, not yet in system --
A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon."
So I contacted/emailed Baofeng support again, explained everything and asked if they could still throw those 2 "free" NA-771 antennas into shipping box, also mentioning I already have two of their programming cables so I don't really need another.
Next day I checked Baofeng account/orders and it showed (thumbnail image changed) my order is two radios including two free extra/long NA-771 antennas. And I thought how it's nice of them for adding antennas before even replying to email.
Except later in the day - their email reply said packages was already shipped. And they included explanation that by the time I retried making order with same products still in my shopping cart - their promotion was finished so their system recorded I ordered two radios without "free" stuff.
So why does account/order show different thing than what their system originally put in for me?
Well not just existing shopping cart contents, but also items within already paid & shipped orders "change" over time. And now they have another action/sale for two radios with two extra NA-771 antennas without programming cable - and that's what my order placed/paid/shipped 20 days ago shows :|
Oh and weeks later and that tracking code on USPS still shows that same "Label Created, not yet in system". But once Baofeng mentioned it was shipped already - continued search led me to WWW ordertracker COM which shows real package status (I received the package without free action/sale antennas).
After two weeks in still have no radios and now have missed most of the Christmas Market i needed them for.

Still waiting after two weeks from ordering for confirmation of despatch of order. Would have been next day delivery with eBay or Amazon. Terrible customer service.

Do yourself a favour and just buy whatever you need somewhere else.
I made an order last Saturday. I didn't get any confirmation email so I had to email them myself to inquire about the order. Now it is Thursday and they still haven't "found" my order despite me having sent them all the necessary information about the transaction.
They still have my money and I still don't have the products. Beware, this website is likely a scam.

I order a couple of radios and accessories. They marked it as shipped. Royal Mail says, four days later, that they’ve been notified of a shipping number. No goods / parcel.
They advertise that they reply within minutes to their online chat. They don’t. Nor to emails. It’s day four and I’m still waiting for them to let me know where my parcel is.
these are not shipped from within UK - it seems like they’re utilising a .co.uk domain only.
Be warned. Don’t buy from this company.
Edit to add - as per other reviews here and elsewhere, please note that their uk warehouse in Portsmouth is actually a run down building, housing a fish and chip shop. Say no more.

Vina is blatantly lying to me saying that I don’t have this order due to Royal Mail strike.
1. The strike was called off. There is no strike.
2. Even if there had been one (was due today ) it would not have affected the shipping of my order five days ago now.
3. Royal Mail have still not received this parcel.
4. They imply on the website that orders are fulfilled from the UK warehouse in Portsmouth. There is no warehouse there. Orders come from Hong Kong.
5. Read the other reviews - they virtually copy and paste their excuses.
Finally - they respond to these reviews before replying to emails or contact chat on website. Active here but ignore other complaints / contact. I’ve had an email from Vina as mentioned above but AFTER they responded here

Well, the Digital walky Talky arrived and looks really good. Analog works well but there is no information on the digital part, Baofeng do not supply a programming cable to be able to set up the digital function, nor the programming software. So the radio just becomes a very expensive dual band FM analog radio………. In other words DON’T BUY. You will be disappointed.

Hier werden Funkgeräte angeboten, für die es in Deutschland markteinschränkende Bestimmungen durch die Bundesnetzagentur gibt (z. B. für das Baofeng UV-5R in der Verfügung 91/2021). Leider habe ich das auch erst nach der Bestellung bemerkt. Eine Rückgabe wurde akzeptiert, aber nur nach UK. Da aber Großbritannien nicht mehr EU-Mitglied ist, belaufen sich die Rücksendekosten allein schon auf die Hälfte des Kaufpreises und werden nicht durch den Versender übernommen. Eigenartigerweise kam das Gerät dann von einer Adresse in 61381 Friedrichsdorf (D), die Einzelteile verpackt in einer Tüte und nicht im Originalkarton. Vielleicht will hier noch jemand auf diese Weise Restbestände loswerden. Auch wenn 30 EUR kein hoher Preis sind, für mich ist das Gerät nicht entsprechend der vorgesehenen Bestimmung nutzbar, da ich in Deutschland damit keinen Funksendebetrieb durchführen darf.

While product is good and at an excellent price, the website is awful 😖 as it only says you can pay by credit card or Google pay. However you can pay by debit card but it doesn't say you can. And no option for PayPal :( also while it gives a shipping id it doesn't say who its shipping with. These are easy fixes that should have been picked up on, and would have got company 5 stars instead 3.

Do you not read the comments? I have ordered and got the radios. The problem was the website didn't say it took debit cards didn't have an option for PayPal and didn't state how it was being shipped when I got the tracking number.
Telling me after I have the radios is a little pointless

And from 5 days when they was shipped ( theoretically) is no chance on tracking number from Royal Mail.... I agree with others...
Better order from Amazon or AliExpress....
