Good tree, poor delivery
A very good service and a lovely tree but the delivery driver initially said he was unable to help unload the tree from the lorry and that I had to do it myself. He was perfectly polite and I am sure that this is under instruction and he did help in the end but it is a curious finish to a customer journey to be told to pick a heavy tree of the back of a lorry on your own.

With orders of a single medium sized tree, the driver should be offering a kerbside delivery service and should be able to unload the tree from the delivery vehicle for you and so I am sorry to hear the driver initially had not offered to do this. I will pass this on to our transport manager to ensure all of our hauliers are aware of this.
We do appreciate your feedback so we can follow this up and do hope this has not marred your experience too much.

We purchased 3 large Barcham trees via a third party a year ago. We have contacted Barcham directly on 2 occasions for advice on after care for the trees, and have found them to be very responsive and helpful. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Bit weedy looking !
Had to chase up when delivery would be , then when trees arrived two were not best looking specimens, weeding crossing branches on a Sorbus & same with a Hawthorn, I wouldn’t have picked these out if I had seen them first , think the costs were excessive for what was sent

DELIVERY DRIVER LEFT MY SPECIMIN TREE ON THE ROAD SIDE AT THE END OF MY DRIVWAY IN A REMOTE COUNTRY LANE. WHEN I EVENTUALLY FOUND IT (AFTER WAITING IN ALL DAY) IT HAD BEEN DAMAGED ON ITS SIDE AND ALL BROKEN TO ONE SIDE DAMAGING APPROX 15% OF SIDE STEMS. VERY DISSAPOINTED AFTER USING THIS COMPNAY FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE PAST70 TREES!
