Order came through quickly. Very efficient Although had to do it online. Wouldn’t take an order over the phone.

Fantastic product. Amazing attention to detail and good packages. Delivered on time and safely. I would recommend your website and merchandise and already have! Thank you, I will be using you again.

Excellent service and cake. Beautifully packed. First put into a box, then wrapped around with bubble wrap and then put into a larger strong cardboard box. All arrived exactly on time.

Excellent service and received order quickly.

Excellent quality cake decorating products, delivered the next day. Highly recommend them (the sugar clown cake toppers are particularly cute).

Excellent service, prompt delivery, great product. Thank you!

I have been using Cakedecoratingstore for just over a year, I think. I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of my order and would certainly recommend them and have already done so!

My cake box got returned by Royal Mail by mistake and the team acted quickly to get me a replacement. Great customer service.

Icing snowflakes arrived broken (some!) two times, third time all was fine. Service was impeccable though, replacements were sent very quickly and without too many queries. Snowflakes themselves are beautiful!

Super fast efficient service, a slight issue with icing that was resolved without quibbles and efficiency. Quality of the products are great quality. Will definitely use again, thank you for a seemless transaction

These toppers are so popular and great value, & look really nice on the cakes, Jacqui who I dealt with was lovely & really helpful, rang me when the new stock arrived into stock, delivery time was excellentt definitely five star product & service, thank you Jacqui.

I have just used this company for the first time to buy some bits for my daughters first birthday. I ordered the party animals cake toppers and some 2d sugar jungle animals. The website is quick and easy to use and I had no problems. I received updates via email for my order, stating when it had been processed and dispatched. I received the package today after under 48 hours of placing the order. It was very well wrapped with bubble wrap and fragile signs so highly unlikely anything would arrive damaged. The products were perfect, just as shown in the pictures and great quality. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely loved our party animal cake toppers, which we ordered for my daughter's 1st birthday cake!

There was a bit of a mix-up and we were sent the wrong product, but this was quickly resolved and the correct items arrived in good time.

Everyone commented on how great they looked. Just as well the cake tasted good too!

Ordered fondant, buttercream and accessories. I found prices very competitive, and a good selection of colours. Order arrived within a few days and due to spending over £25, postage was free. Will be ordering again :-)

The order was delivered promptly with no problems. Will definitely use them again
