Socks are lovely
Socks are lovely, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed and cheated that I ordered 5 lucky dip socks and they're all the same design instead of 5 random ones :/ Wasn't listed anywhere on the site

Ah Tom - really sorry about that. I can totally see why you’d feel disappointed.
Just to clarify, we do mention in the Lucky Dip description that because pairs are picked at random, there’s no guarantee multiples will be different, so duplicates can happen when ordering more than one.
Still, thank you for calling it out, we’re going to review how clearly that’s shown on the page (and where it appears) so it’s easier to spot before checkout. Thank you again!

Great socks - great experience
This was my first order with Barekind, and it certainly will not be my last. A fantastic company to deal with, and excellent help and support from Gabi.
Great socks, and contributing to the saving of endangered animals makes them feel even more comfortable!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Through no fault of Barekind, my order went missing due to an error by the postal service. Barekind were quick to respond when I got in touch to raise the issue and were very generous in refunding the missing delivery and offer a discount - so I bought extra as a replacement! Their customer service was personal and effective, unlike a lot of chat bot customer service that's prevalent. Highly recommend them. PS the socks are great and the recipient of the gift was delighted with them, great quality and design.

Fab Customer Service
First order for me. Unfortunately one of the socks had a manufacturing fault. I contacted them via email and the response was fantastic. Even over Xmas, I received a reply quickly, and they are sending a replacement. The socks were given to all the family, as a fun extra present, and they are now all fans.

Barekind Socks are a great quality and in the most beautiful designs. I have been ordering them for a couple of years now to get my Christmas stockings and they never disappoint.
This year I had a problem with my order and the customer service team resolved it for me very quickly and without too much fuss.
Highly recommended!

Really helpful staff, when my delivery got lost in the post they shipped out another delivery at no extra charge. Really good experience, plus it helps animals. Would definitely recommend.

Great socks and helpful service
I've just received my first order and the socks (which will be a Christmas gift) look and feel lovely; they appear good quality and the colours and design are vibrant. Communication about the order and the delivery was great and they came within a few days.
The company excelled though when I had to contact them to admit that it appeared I'd ordered the wrong size and needed to request an exchange. They resolved this issue for me quickly and kindly so I wouldn't hesitate to order again (there are several cute designs I have my eye on...)

A very happy customer
Fabulous socks, these are a constant re purchase for me! They last great and stay soft. Really great team that helped me when I ordered the wrong size. The mystery box is a great buy with a good variety of different colours! Great for gifts.

Gabi is simply amazing! When I placed my order and realised I needed different sizes she helped me sort it out even though I missed the official cut-off time.
Then my order went missing and she acted fast and issued a refund for which I am extremely grateful for. All just before leaving London to fly home for Christmas.
