Ordered 7 dinosaurs, was hoping for 7 different dinosaurs but got 3 duplicated so requested to return the dinosaurs not required but was informed that the whole order of 7 was needed for refund. This was a very disappointing experience and won't use this company again.

Ordered slide it says on website it’s for 3 years plus but when arrived the box says 2 years plus it’s very small wish the granddaughter hadn’t seen it she would have been heartbroken to take it away but she really is too big for it she is three and can’t really slide on it had I have known it wasn’t suitable for her age I wouldn’t have bought it but she has it now can’t take it away from her don’t want her upset disappointed with misguiding website details.

Absolutely brilliant got two Thomas the tank engine train sets and they are so good well made good instructions of how to put together my little grandson loves them I'm very happy with both purchases they have made a little boy very happy .

Edit : They did reach out to me and offer me a £1 refund which is not the amount as the saving on the offer so i am still losing out, in fact i feel they was taking the mick offering me that !!!!

I'm quite disappointed with my recent order 😔. Usually, the company are good, but I encountered an issue with the "2 for £20" offer. One item went out of stock adter system had let me pkace the order, which was supposed to receive the discount. Even though I still had two eligible items, the discount wasn't applied. It’s frustrating when the offer is a main reason for my purchase . I was informed I wouldn't get the discount, despite the items being part of the promotion. It feels odd that if I returned and reordered, I would then qualify for the offer 🙄.
