All I can say if you are reading this expecting to get your delivery in the stated lead times dream on.
The communication from this company is the worst I have ever experienced, you have to constantly chase them for updates and when you do they blatantly lie regards where your order is.

I had to start a section 75 claim back against them as the automatic charge back was past the 120 days allowed, funnily enough once this happened they started to communicate, however still lied about the delivery etc.

Then to top it off when you warn people on Facebook regards this they block you and remove comments.

I finally have the product after 6 months!!! which look good but the whole experience leaves a bad feeling and I will never buy from them again and would advise all to avoid

First off the kit, workmanship and quality shines through, yes you have to wait for it but for me it's worth it.
Its never let me down for over a year, all weather's thrown at us during all year fishing until the other week.
Having had my kit for over year without issue the throttle click in stopped staying in.
I enquired the cost to replace as the kit is now out of warranty, low and behold two days later a new throttle and bracket gets delivered by postie curtesy of BCUK.
After sales service and customer care, second to none and means a great deal in today's world.

I ordered my electric barrow the ED1+ In February and had to wait a while, but I just knew the wait would be worth it.
I’ve had it a couple of weeks and absolutely love it.
Be patient and your be rewarded, the quality will blow the socks off any other barrow manufacturer. Materials are second to none.

I was genuinely concerned based on the reviews here, to the point I was going to cancel my order. I was happy to wait the mentioned 10 days for delivery, but thought I'd be waiting much longer looking at the reviews.

Experience couldn't be any further from this, my order was delivered within 3 working days and the quality seems superb.

Granted, my order was for a wheel kit and experiences may differ, but my experience couldn't be too much better.

Ok for all the negative reviews understand that there is about a 3 month wait. But ask yourself why… it ain’t because there product is rubbish or to expensive it’s because it’s a quality product at a dam good price. And it is quality. Got mine yesterday and after a very quick setup tested and works a treat. Going on the bank tomorrow and she will be put through her paces but from what I see i m a happy man’s and well worth the wait.

First time out with loaded barrow ,amazing bit of kit waited awhile for conversion kit but all good and rocking and rolling ,very well built asked for a extra pull push housing paid at show was sorted ,well woth the money 💰onwards and upwards ,Bcuk🇬🇧🇬🇧👍

Ordered a kit from barrow conversions which arrived last week, their was a mix up on the frame which was my fault, rang up and spoken to Mitch told him the issue sent him over new measurements and pictures needed for him to replace and build the new wheel, old one was sent back on the monday and I got my new one which is perfect now 4 days later the service and the progress emails from the team are 5* and the build quality is also 5* they also sorted out the DHL pick up and the re delivery for the new wheel I needed! I have to give a great customer service review.
I reported on a Sunday issues with my power leads becoming seperated from their f-clips and so intermittent power to the wheel...
I got swift reply over Instagram and was promised replacement cables.
Well they arrived today!!
So I have to praise them for the service I have received.
Thank you guys....moments like this secure loyal repeat customers...

I see very suspicous reviews on here saying that BCUK meet there delivery time and the quality is amazing and its all bespoke and its made in the UK etc etc ....... My experience with BCUK is a 16 week wait for my conversion constant lies as to when im going to get my conversion and an owner who thinks its good to laugh at customers who phone up asking where there orders is. Constant if buts and maybes and the owner can't understand that 16 week wait for a barrow conversion is not acceptable. I cant comment about the quality of products from BCUK as I have never recieved my order .Order cancelled now got to wait a further 10 days to get my £480 back avoid this clown at all costs

Cannot recommend Barrow Conversions enough. They consistently offer a fantastic service and the product quality level is superior!

Very happy with the bits I’ve ordered through Bcuk. People don’t understand that everything is custom and made to order. Was made aware of the 8-10 week by Bcuk and they kept to their promise. The kit I ordered seems far superior to anything else I’ve seen on the market, and for that reason I’ve just ordered one of their barrows too. Had a good look round at barrows at the recent shows and their new barrow looks far better than anything else I’ve seen. And all made in Britain too 🇬🇧 👍🏼.

Have to say what a fantastic company this is, The craftsmanship that goes into these kits are just phenomenal, people moaning about lead times and review it low because of that is a Joke.. People don't understand about what goes on around the company, such as royal rail strikes and illness which does set things back sometimes you just need to be patient in which obviously some people who have pit bad reviews are not.. But as for the kit itself it can't be beat on the market. The power and torque that come from this wheel is unbelievable, don't listen to bad reviews on this product believe me

Took a little while to arrive but all soon forgotten about to be honest, brilliant kit, brilliant service. Was kept well informed of delays. You can see the why they are in demand on first look, a very high quality item. A*

Ordered some bits for my existing barrow all arrived promptly and are of superior quality.

I’ve now ordered their full barrow as it wipes the floor with anything else on the market and it’s UK born and bred.

The owner Mitch will take the time to explain everything to you, and the batteries used in their barrows and conversions are far more advanced than the frankly useless lipos used in other kits.

I’ve seen some whinging about lead times etc but it’s the same with anything when it comes to electronics and components. BCUK advised me of delivery timescales and kept to them.

Still lying about lead times and when you try to comment to warn others that the suggested lead time will be much longer on Facebook, they delete the comment and block you! Expect payment upfront so sitting on a huge amount of customers money for months before delivery.

I appreciate they started as a small business and in todays world it’s great that a business is making money and surviving but deceiving people in lead times, not notifying customers when orders will be late, customer has to chase order and although answered still not a true answer of delivery time. A shame as the product itself is great and works brilliantly.

If the business owner is reading this, just be truthful with your lead times. Your product is good enough that you don’t need to lie to get the business, I know as I have one of your conversion kits. I would hate to see a good business fail because of being deceitful about lead times.

Been waiting 3 months now for my order and still haven't received it.They don't send out any updates to keep you in the loop.They just expect you to wait forever.
