Problematic bar stool
Had a problem with one of the stools, after telephoning and sending a little video, problem sorted, by sending new stools, all on the same day. Brilliant company to deal with.

Overall very satisfied.
Overall, I am pleased with product, especially the price. Delivery time was excellent. Very easy to assemble . However, the finish of the underneath could be improved. The piece of material supplied to cover the underneath is too small. This means that when you move the chair your ha is are on rough poorly finished pieces of wood. Also, a couple of washers were missing.
As I said previously, overall I am very pleased as they look very good. Just a few improvements would make them 5 star.

Picked the barstools we wanted paid for…
Picked the barstools we wanted paid for them as they were in stock online.
Had an email the day they were due for delivery saying they didn’t have them in stock and we would have to wait another 6 weeks.
I requested a refund and they said we can offer 20% off if you wait, we declined and asked for a full refund and now can’t get any response in the last 8 days nor has any refund been made?

We’re sorry to see your review, but we’d like to clarify the situation.
All emails sent by you were responded to within one hour of receipt during our working hours. The delay you’ve experienced was due to us not receiving a reply from you to one of our emails, which meant the order remained open. As soon as we received your response, the order was cancelled and a full refund was processed within one hour — we’re unsure how we could have acted any quicker in this instance. Full, date- and time-stamped correspondence can be provided upon request.
We do always advise customers to check their spam or junk folders, as emails can occasionally be filtered there depending on individual email settings.
We appreciate your frustration, but we can assure you that your case was handled promptly and in line with our usual service standards.

They lie about products being in stock
They lie about products being in stock, and after you purchase they tell you they're not actually in stock. They tell you they will be in stock 4 weeks later, and after 4 weeks pass, they are still not in stock, though the website says they are. They then take a long time to actually refund your money. Shady business model
