Awesome experience

I recently started ordering from this company. And I think the products work just fine. My order was not filled by mistake. I reached out to customer service, and the response was great. They quickly filled my order and upgraded my shipping.

I placed an order

I placed an order, followed the instructions for first time credit card users, received an email confirming the order then the next morning, an email canceling the order with no explanation. They have no published phone number so you can't speak with anyone to find out why it was canceled.

I'm pleased with Base Peptides. I've been the health help yourself protocol of life for 45 years! I'm 62 year old man in better shape than I perhaps should be I'm being humble because I'm a Christian and want to keep my progress lol! Seriously Base Peptides quality, fast shipping and well I have no complaints!

Impressive quality overall

Shipping was smooth and the vials were clearly labeled. I noticed consistent solubility and no contamination signs. My experience with this supplier has been positive so far.

I would highly suggest against trusting…

I would highly suggest against trusting this company. After making a purchase online I received an email that stated they wanted me to send them copies of my drivers license. Which I did, to the email address that they listed for correspondence. Not even two hours after my purchase I received an email that “because I failed to send them the requested documentation that they were going to cancel my order” to which I replied that I did send my drivers license and they needed to check their emails because I sent it immediately after the purchase. They replied back that they didn’t receive the email and within five minutes I received an undeliverable notification through Gmail because the email that they asked me to send it to did not exist. When I replied back and told them that I was fine with them canceling my order, I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with this company any further given the customer that I was receiving and the way that they were talking down to me and I was already very put off by this company. I have been dealing with peptide companies for years, and I have never been treated this way. I told him I was fine with them canceling my order and I would be continuing to use another preferred brand that I trusted. My gut instinct told me to call my bank and just put a stop payment and block this company from putting the transaction through, and I’m so glad I did because they replied back to me shortly after by lecturing me that I shouldn’t have told them to check their emails insinuating that I was being rude or something! And then they saidr that they tried to charge my card and it was declined! I was appalled, and I’m glad I trusted my gut instincts to contact the bank and block the transaction. I think this is part of their scam, they tell you that they canceled your order and then they try to put it through anyway. Do not give this company your business they are shady. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I opened an investigation with my bank. I sent copies of all of the emails to the Better Business Bureau for investigation also.

Update: this company continued to harass me through emails. And then assumed my political affiliation and said “that I probably celebrated the death of Charlie Kirk with all of my friends because I seem like the type.” Mind you I am a republican/Army veteran/devoted Christian so their judgment is clearly off base, but that is besides the point because that should never even have been brought up. All of this harassment because they canceled my order and then tried to charge my card after they canceled my order. And then proceeded to harass me through emails. I screenshot it everything and took it a step further and reported them to the FTC. I really hope no one else falls victim to this company. I don’t know if it matters but the name of the customer service representative who is sending the emails was Maria. If the company doesn’t stand for this type of behavior, they should definitely remove her from their support staff.

I found out the hard way, I won’t be buying again

I found out the hard way. I placed an order with this company and the USPS lost the shipment worth almost $600, and since Base Peptides is not responsible for lost shipment last they told I needed to file a claim with USPS, so I did. However USPS only paid one tenth of the order value because Base Peptides does not insure shipments for the full order value, so USPS lost the shipment and I lost most of my money. If you order from this company pray the USPS does not lose your order otherwise you will not get your money back or replacement. I for my part will not be buying again from this company. If they won’t be responsible for lost shipments, least they can do is insure the orders for the full value so that when is lost customers can get their money back.

Do not recomend

They respond fast but they don’t take care of issues. They sent me a broken product and refused to replace it. This was the first and last time I bought from them because they would not do anything, even after providing pictures. The worst service and it’s also likely to reflect the quality of the products too. Brian @ BasePeptide.com is the head of bad interactions with people as he was the one who refused to replace or refund the crap they tried to send me and failed. I should have read more of the reviews but now I know. They respond, but they are running a BS scam. No video proof. The only 'proof' I needed was to hear the crap they make up to avoid taking responsibility. They definitely have lots of that.

We verified by our packaging surveillance that the vial was NOT broken upon shipping. Again, to be clear, video proof.

We referred the customer to our shipping policy, that if an order is damaged during shipping, they need to make an insurance claim with USPS, the customer declined and demanded that we send them a new vial. With that said, the customer sent us pictures, and it was clear that they broke it AFTER reconstition. He wanted us to replace it after he dropped it.

This is exactly why we have video surveillance in our packaging area, to confirm instances like this. People like Duncan are what's wrong with the world. Manipulative and dishonest.

Do Not Trust BasePeptide

Took Bitcoin, Canceled Order, Then Disappeared

I placed an order with BasePeptide and paid using Bitcoin. The payment was confirmed nearly a week ago, but shortly after, they canceled the order without giving any reason. I contacted their support team and did receive one response. However, once I sent a screenshot clearly showing the confirmed payment on Thursday morning not Thursday evening they went completely silent and ignored me for the next day and a half. You’ll see deflection by the owner on this by claiming that Saturday and Sunday are not business days while ignoring the three business days Thursday, Friday and Monday where my correspondence went unanswered. So yes after all of this I emailed them Monday evening telling them I would report them for fraud. Because at that point I had reached out multiple times on multiple platforms over. Using different email addresses and tried every contact method they list. Despite my efforts, I have received no replies, no updates, and no indication that they intend to resolve the issue. At this point, I am out the full cost of the order, have no product, and no refund.

This company appears to be operating in bad faith, especially when dealing with irreversible payment methods like cryptocurrency. I would strongly advise anyone considering BasePeptide to stay away. Their lack of accountability and refusal to communicate once they have your money is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Do not take the risk — find a more reputable supplier. Tons of them exist just do even a little bit of research and you’ll find a better company.

Update: I did end up getting a refund. After days of being ignored and trying every method of contact I could find, I finally got a response from the owner Brian — not during normal business hours, but at nearly midnight.

Instead of a courteous update or apology, I received a hostile and insulting message, including profanity, personal attacks, and mocking statements about my mental health. Here is a direct excerpt you’ll notice that the owner replied and did not deny this claim or any of the claims of the incredibly unprofessional language and threats:

“You appear to be unstable, are you OK… Get a grip, sober up, take some Selank for your paranoia… despite your shitty attitude, the owner still replied to you at midnight.”

He then capped off our conversation with this thinly veiled threat which I quote verbatim

Reminder that we have plenty of your data.


This was all in response to a completely reasonable request for a refund after my order was canceled — even though I had already provided proof of completed payment days earlier (not just “pending,” as they claimed).

The email also deflected any responsibility, ignored the fact that Thursday, Friday and Monday are business days where anyone from support could have responded and addressed the issue.

Eventually, after continued pressure and publicly posting about the situation, I was refunded. But no one should have to be insulted, gaslit, or verbally attacked in order to get a company to honor a refund for a canceled order.

Would I ever order from this company again? Absolutely not.
Getting my money back took public complaints, follow-ups across multiple platforms, and enduring a level of communication that borders on abuse.

This is not how any professional company should behave. I stand by my original warning:
Avoid BasePeptide and choose a supplier that treats customers with even a basic level of respect.

Context Matters.

We are staffed Monday through Friday. We fullfill orders 24-48 hours after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Those details are public on our website Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

This customer sent us Crypto payment confirmation Thursday evening.

Over the next 3 days (Saturday and Sunday, while we were closed) the customer sent us over 20 emails and messages. On Sunday night at approximately 11:30pm, the customer threatened to contact authorities. Their behavior was hostile and aggressive.

We are not a 24 hour company. Our employees take the weekends off, and we do not expect (nor allow) them to work on the weekends or nights when the are at home with their families.

It's customers like this that have peptide companies shut down, by making irrational complaints.

We process over 300 orders per pay, which equals to over 2,000 orders per week, and roughly 100,000 orders per year. If we a fraction of what this customer claims, we would have 5,000 negative reviews on here, and would have been shut down long ago.

We have been in operation for over 3 years, with a tremendous track record of efficacy and results.

They didn't send me the products I…

They didn't send me the products I ordered. I let them know and they said they would send the missing product out. That was over 2 weeks ago. No product and they won't answer my emails. Edit: They finally answered my email but haven't sent out the missing product. That was a week ago so still waiting on the product I ordered June 8th.
Edit: Almost 2 months later and no product sent. They won't answer my emails or messages. Will NEVER order from them again.

I placed 3 orders with Base Peptides

I placed 3 orders with Base Peptides. The first order was perfect. The second order, for some reason, the post office returned my order back to them. I received an email from Base peptides asking if I wanted the order reshipped, I responded yes and made another order. The third order I did receive, but the order was missing two items. I understand mistakes, so I emailed Base Peptides immediately. No response. I emailed 5 more times, no response. Finally Brian contacted me and asked why the second order was returned, I responded I have no idea. He said nothing about fixing the missing items or replacing or refunding the second order. I am currently our $681. I sent a 6th email this morning. I am hoping they will see this review and make it right. If they do, I will update the feedback left.

I’m giving this rating simply because of a lack of customer service or acknowledgement. I’ve sent multiple emails to request payment was received, why I listed a cash app, but a credit card was charged. I went to the web to check on the reviews of this company and noticed everyone has the same concern. Nobody responds. It creates trepidation with the quality of the product and if it’s a legit company.

SCAMMED OUT OF $250!!!

Ordered over $250 worth of product, used Zelle to get a "discount". BIG SCAMMERS!!! Never received my order and they won't answer my numerous emails.

This is ridiculous. The customers order was delivered,and confirmed via USPS. This is their tracking number: USPS: 420334879305510597204331697742

Additionally, they sent us an email, stating that they were notified that it was delivered, but they couldn't find it. We advised them that they need to contact their local post office to start an investigation and/or insurance claim.
