I have used Basetax for several years and am extremely pleased with their efficiency and personal interest. Any questions I have needed answering have always received a swift and helpful response.
The online programme is easy to navigate and upload your income records to. I have tried alternative more well known software but found them to be confusing, whereas Basetax meets all my financial recording requirements perfectly.
As for submitting my annual tax return, it’s a breeze.

Simple System makes doing the dreaded tax returns easy

First year of being self employed great service and the app is fairly easy to use. Had to ask some questions on functionality but to be fair the response was quick, could do with a repeat functions for some of the common listings Other than that great app and service for the price

This would be our third year using basetax as our accounting software. Now I'm quite picky when choosing accounting software but you can't really go wrong with these guys. Simple to use, many functions for sole traders, partnerships and more. Customer service via the webchat is the best I've ever used. A response is very quick with Kah & the team working tirelessly to deal with any queries we may have.

I found out about Kah and the team at Bastetax whilst browsing business pages at HMRC. Wanting to use a piece of software with an accountant looking at the back end, I ran a trial with 3 pieces of software on the list and found Basetax the easiest to use (for me). I did my sole trader bookkeeping for one year then asked Kah to submit my self-assessment tax return for me. The return to HMRC was submitted within 3 days and the whole thing cost me less than a couple of hundred pounds. I would highly recommend Basetax.com as making tax digital is something we will all need to be looking towards for the future.

I found the basetax through HMRC website. And it's three years now I am using their services. I get quick response for all my queries. Software is easy to use. I Recommend base tax.

I have dealt with Kah Tan now for about three years. Everytime the responses are super quick and the work is accurate and efficient. The fees charged by Basetax are also very reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kah and the tean at Basetax.

I would like to say that normally I am skeptical of 'Chat Support' services, however, the customer support agent (named 'Kah') at Basetax was wonderful. Efficient and friendly when I was trying to do my tax return late on a Sunday evening before the upcoming tax deadline.
