BATANICA — 100% Pure Batana Oil, straight from Honduras. BATANICA is raw, unrefined Batana Oil in its purest form — one single ingredient, hand-pressed by local families in the rainforests of Honduras and bottled exactly as nature made it. No fillers. No fragrance. No water pretending to be oil. Just the one ancient ingredient that has been growing thick, strong, healthy hair for centuries. Used consistently, pure Batana Oil works where it actually matters — the scalp, where real growth begins. Our customers use it to grow thicker, fuller, healthier hair, on every hair type and at every age, from 4C to straight, from postpartum shedding to thinning later in life. One honest ingredient, twice a week, no pills and no false promises. Authenticity and honesty are the foundation of everything we do. As Batana Oil has exploded in popularity, the market has filled with cheap, diluted copies and counterfeit sellers riding the BATANICA name. Most contain fillers, added fragrance, or barely any real Batana Oil at all — and they will never deliver what pure oil can. Real Batana Oil is dark, raw, smells naturally of roasted coffee, and comes from a single, traceable source. That is why every genuine BATANICA order is verified authentic. Each one ships with a safety QR code and an authenticity batch number you can scan to confirm it is the real product. If it did not arrive with that, it did not come from us — and we will always help you check. We answer every message at info@batanica-store.com and through the contact form on our site. We stand behind every single product we ship. BATANICA is sold in one place only — batanica-store.com. Beware of Fakes.

Resposta da BATANICA
Hi, Thank you for your review — we take all feedback seriously.
However, we must respectfully but clearly disagree.
What you received is 100% authentic, unrefined Batana Oil (Elaeis oleifera) — our single and only ingredient. There is no vaseline, no artificial colouring and no added fragrance of any kind in our product.
The firm texture, deep amber colour and natural coffee-like scent are inherent properties of real, unprocessed Batana Oil — properties that are actually used to identify genuine Batana Oil from counterfeits. Interestingly, it is the fake products that tend to be softer and smell artificially of coffee due to added extracts and fillers.
We have a dedicated guide explaining exactly what authentic Batana Oil looks, smells and feels like — and how to distinguish it from the many fakes on the market:

Every BATANICA product also carries a unique scannable QR code for instant authenticity verification. ✅
We are sorry the product was not to your liking — but we stand fully behind its authenticity and quality.
We welcome you to reach out to us directly at info@batanica-store.com so we can address your concerns properly.

Resposta da BATANICA
Hi, thank you for your review. Since we've already spoken with you directly, we'd also like to clarify this publicly for anyone else reading.
Your order was for our Batana Shampoo — not our pure oil.
A shampoo, by definition, is a complete formulation: it contains Batana Oil as its key active ingredient alongside the cleansing and care components every shampoo needs to actually work as a shampoo.
IIt was never meant to be, and is never described as, 100% Batana Oil — no shampoo on earth is.
If what you're looking for is pure, single-ingredient batana, that's a different product: our 100% raw Batana Oil, which contains nothing but Batana and nothing else.
So there's no hidden filler or missing ingredient here — it's simply two different products for two different uses.
We're always happy to point you to the right one at info@batanica-store.com or via batanica-store.com.

Resposta da BATANICA
Hi, we take a claim like this seriously — so we checked carefully, and we have no order, account, or email on record matching you anywhere in our system.
Every BATANICA jar is 100% raw batana oil, single-origin and hand-pressed in Honduras — never China, and never sourced anywhere else. Every order also ships with a verified authenticity batch number & safety QR-code. So if what you received was "fake & from China," it simply didn't come from us.
Unfortunately, copycat sellers use our name to pass off cheap, diluted products, and buyers often don't realize until afterward that they never purchased from the real store — batanica-store.com.

I purchased buy 2 get two free
I purchased buy 2 get two free. Began using the product. It was waxy. I warmed it up. Used it and my scalp began to itch profusely. Then I got a rash on my face and neck. I tried to reach the company via the email information in the confirmation email. Received a message that said it was not delivered
I had to stop using the product. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW
If I don’t get a refund I will sue you

Resposta da BATANICA
Hi, thank you for your review — your wellbeing matters to us more than anything, and we take this seriously.
The reaction you described is very unusual, which is why we are unsure if you actually used our product - especially as you stated the order from us, BATANICA, had not been delivered at the time of the review.
BATANICA is a single, 100% natural ingredient and is very well tolerated, but as with any natural oil, a small number of people can have an individual sensitivity — which is exactly why we always recommend a quick patch test before first use.
You can always reach us directly at info@batanica-store.com or through the contact form on batanica-store.com, and we reply to every single message.
For peace of mind: every genuine BATANICA order arrives with a safety QR code and authenticity badge you can scan to confirm it's the real product - so if it did not come with that, it was likely a counterfeit product, leading to the reaction you experienced.

FAKE PRODUCTS - STAY AWAY
This is a store with AI generated images. The products are not genuine but some fake mixture from China. As a matter of fact, your shipment is sent from China...the contact me is for a residential address in Germany. Over 4000 'reviews' on the site and none anywhere else....the store is just some random pop established less than a year ago.

Resposta da BATANICA
Hi, thank you for your feedback — we'd like to set the record straight.
Our batana oil is sourced from Honduras, not China. It's single-origin, and that's the heart of what BATANICA is.
All of our reviews are shown openly and verified on our website — wherever a customer left a written comment or only rived with the star-rating feature, you can read it there directly.
We couldn't find an order matching you in our system, and unfortunately there are several fake brands using the BATANICA name to sell cheap copies. That's exactly why we published a guide on how to spot them: https://batanica-store.com/pages/how-to-spot-fake-batana-oil
Every genuine order from us always arrives with a verified safety QR-code and batch number — if a product didn't come with that, it didn't come from BATANICA.
The only official store is batanica-store.com.
