Rude horrible a4 bus drivers especially lady with big blonde hair. No customer service to public at all

I am usually quite satisfied with the service provided by the Bath Bus Company in regards to their A4 bus, except for the very delayed late arrival times. However not on this occasion!

The vast majority of the bus drivers for the A4 are lovely, helpful, cheery and are a credit to the company. However, the same cannot be said for the older gentleman who drives the A4 with white hair and glasses. He always has a face like thunder and a stinking attitude, very passive aggressive and completely unprofessional and rude to customers, particularly younger ones (may be a slight ageist issue here). I have had previous negative and confrontational encounters with said driver before and have been very close to leaving bad reviews before, but never had done as I didn't think it was worth it, but now enough is enough.

It's quite simple, you chose your job, it involves dealing with the public everyday, if you can't be polite to customers and don't enjoy your job then hand in your resignation, retire if you like, but don't take your anger and frustration out on innocent unsuspecting passengers. Just do your job, no smarky remarks!

Manners cost nothing!

Bath bus company may I suggest you have a firm word with this driver, and perhaps put him through retraining so that he knows what is an acceptable way to engage with the public, and hopefully in the process you can sort out his major TWATTITUDE problem

These are the scum bags that own the air decker bus to Bristol airport bus service. Possibly the most expensive bus journey in the world £17 for a single?!! Shameful. It’s not even an express service and there’s barely enough room for luggage. Disgusting

Outrageously expensive for what was less than an hours tour of Bath streets. Even the headphones couldn’t help make it memorable and I had no inclination to get off and on!

Toilets closed on 1st December at about 7.30pm? Not great as busy at this date and time.

Cannot praise Bath Bus Company people enough. We had two tours on the Bath "TOOT" City and skyline tours recently on a weekend away. Enjoyed the tours but later my wife realised her mobile phone was missing. It wasn't until much later that evening that we thought it was gone for good. We could not be sure where it might have gone missing, but maybe it had fell from her pocket on the bus tour (or worse scenario lost elsewhere, or even had been stolen at some point earlier) The tours had by now closed for the evening. Following morning we spoke to one of the drivers to ask if anyone had handed a phone in. He made a few phone calls and sure enough, a phone had been handed in and was at their main bus depot being held securely. (Head office was not in Bath) and unfortunately we were heading back home that day some 200 miles away. Another member of staff took down contact details and said the depot manager would phone us the following day to discuss the phone. He did telephone us and it did turn out to be my wife's phone. He very kindly offered to return the phone to our home address by registered mail delivery as soon as he had finished the call. Can't thank all involved enough for their kindness and understanding. Also the person who found the phone and handed it in to the bus staff on the day. I can highly recommend the staff, their friendliness and the tours, so thank you all once again.
