A Supa site! Found our dream mirror for our en suite renovation. Transformed the space and sure gives the room the wow factor. So delighted with the mirror. A work of art as well as very practical! Just LOVE!!

Speedy delivery and clear on site if products in stock.good communications and delivery notification good
On downside,the delivery was made in.a.van with no tail lift and no drivers mate.the shower Cubicle weighed well over 50kg and required 2 people to get it of the van.fortunately a currys delivery.driver mate helped him get it off.we nearly turned him away.have a tail lift and a drivers mate when it's necessary please
I want to make it clear that bathroomsupastore were very good,it was the courier who handle the goods delivery badly

Wrong height shower door delivered
I ordered a 1850 high shower door as specified on their website, specifically because due to a sloping ceiling that was the height restriction. The shower door arrived today but it was 1900 high so would not fit. They say the 1850 high door is no longer available, and admit that their website description was wrong.
So I waited in for nothing and now have to wait in again for the door to be collected.
They say they will refund but only AFTER the door has been collected. I asked whether there would be some compensation for the inconvenience and they said "no". So I now have the hassle of sourcing another door at 1850 high, and my shower room work is delayed until I can get a better company to supply a door.
This company really needs to get its act together and make sure that products it delivers are as specified. All very annoying...

Great service. I ordered Shower tray and enclosure a month back with express delivery. Product delivered on time. Later in the evening, I found a crack on the shower tray. I called back to report the issue and I have received another shower tray in 2 days without any issue. Defo recommended.

Actually able to speak to a real person, Evan, who rang me back when he said he would. He expedited a part I had forgotten to order and sent me a message and a picture to confirm he had done so.
Exceptional service not found in many other companies.

Only website that had what I was looking for
Needed a 1200x1200 shower tray for our new ensuite. Every other website was selling designer ones for almost £1000. Bathroom Supastore had a good looking one for less than half the price of other stores. The order and Delivery went without a problem, and our builders said it was really solid and good quality for the money. So can't fault them!

Driver gave me other peoples orders.
Package safely delivered (it was one of very few bathroom packages which didnt have a massive hole in it). But driver only delivered to the door. Refused to bring large item into the apartment and left me to bring it upstairs. Driver also gave me other random items presumably other orders including a sink waste pipe and door handle.

I ordered a 760 x 1200 with 8mm glass shower enclosure, it was delivered by pallet line the very next day.
Once opened, it was all well packaged and made from good quality materials.
So, in short, excellent product, fast delivery and priced competitively.
