It's just cost me £405 for the Coral…
It's just cost me £405 for the Coral 6mm Offset Quadrant Shower Enclosure 1200 x 760mm. Imagine my upset when I opened the package and found the shower doors shattered into a million pieces and then the fact that Bathroom Supastore disputed this as i didn't report this on the day of delivery. The item arrived on a pallet with no notification of time or day. I was away at this time so couldn't open the package. More to the point, why would I want to open it when I wasn't ready to install it! I reported the issue within days of delivery - it wasn't like months! Yet they won't replace the doors without me paying another £80! Not happy and currently taking legal advice for something that was not my fault.

We are extremely sorry to hear about the issues you experienced.
just to recap the enclosure was delivered to you in good condition and we emailed you on July 2nd at 13.08pm with detailed delivery information. You booked in the delivery with Palletways for the 4th July. You had a reasonable amount of time to undertake an inspection and check for any obvious issues, unfortunately the damage was found a week later and only then was it reported to us. Sadly we cannot accept the blame for the damage after this time span.
However, we wanted to help and did offer new glass doors free of charge but due to the accidental damage caused we were unable to cover any further carriage charges.
Prior to any shipment, we provided a delivery quote from our carrier of £69.75 and you had an opportunity to choose your own carrier. After making your own enquiries with delivery you opted for us to arrange and we acted quickly to despatch the doors at your request as a matter of urgency.
I do understand that it was very frustrating but we do always aim to provide a great service and help all our customers as much as possible. I’m now happy to see that the new doors were delivered successfully.

Excellent customer service
Ordered a Kudos shower deflector panel a month ago. By mistake ordered a left hand unit. Should have been a right hand unit. Advised Bathroom Supastore of the problem. Even though I was past the return date and the packaging had been opened they agreed to replace it and even arranged free next day delivery and collection. Simply awesome service. Fantastic customer service
I was very pleased with the customer service and helpfulness of James from the sales team in getting us our shower tray shipped over quickly. He really made a difference and helped us resolve a couple of issues along the way.

Excellent service
The process of ordering was easy and updates regarding order status were provided regularly.
Unfortunately the first mirror delivered arrived cracked, which was surprising given the box was in perfect condition and the amount of bubble wrap used. The team at the bathroomsupastore.com were faultless and within 2 days a replacement was delivered. Will definitely be ordering again.

We found every member of staff incredibly helpful. Tried to order some flooring via a phone call and advised to order online. This we did and it was easy. Opened within a few hours of receiving and found damage to a unit. Reported immediately and they sent a replacement out the next day.
A company should be judged not when things are perfect but how they deal with faults or problems.

I'm very sorry that you didn't make yourself aware of our returns policy before you ordered with us.
All return costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. This allows you to choose the courier and return method of your choice. we do always recommend a tracked and insured method of postage so that you are covered against transport damages.
I have looked into your statement above and have yet to find a retailer of large household items that offer free returns, so you would have been in the same position with any company that you ordered from.
