Great service and communication as always !

Order arrived in 10 days. Bath shed phoned a couple of days after the order was placed to check if I was aware that the sink came without a waste plug and asked if I wanted them to include one. Good support on their part and also a good sales technique! Well done. Sink was as expected and it was a great price.

We were dealing with Orlaith and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to deal with right from the start until the end of our bathroom renovations she was excellent.. we had a minor issue with a damaged item and Orlaith had it sorted and new item dispatched to us within hours.. quality of the stock we received is fantastic.. would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Good quick service. Will use again

Bathshed were very prompt to deliver my order and goods thankfully were as expected. However DPD clearly do not take care with the packages they transport with a pole protruding from the packaging and packages inside dented. Bathshed have also some responsibility here as I feel they could greatly improve how they packaged the items together.
I informed the driver that I needed to own the package and inspect the contents but he just put the package down and left.
I will not be ordering again from Bathshed whilst they chose DPD to deliver orders.

Got good advice about the output and size of radiator I needed. Was delivered really quickly and great value for money. Very pleased.

Easy to order, great discount, delivered within the time advised.

Great service all round !

I’m based in Cork. I purchased a radiator I saw online. It was as stunning as the picture. There is a WhatsApp number that I was able to communicate with a member of staff to ensure its suitability. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Speedy delivery and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this company. Well done guys 👏. Sandra

Great company to deal with . Customer service was excellent, communicated with Charlotte and we received brilliant customer service from them, after calling several bathrooms companies which frustrated us as we needed to sort this quickly .
Bathshed immediately answered all our answers and concerns and helped us to put a reasonable priced package together . Delivery was earlier than expected as well.
The quality of the bath side panels and glass panel are impressive. Very happy with everything will definitely use this company again .
Well done Bathshed !

Service and quality was excellent, I would definitely use them again. Very happy with my vanity unit.

I called the company before placing the order specifically to ask whether the push button on this product was made of metal and was told that it is. On arrival, it turns out that the push button is made of plastic, and now I don't have time to return it and order anything else.

Excellent quality shower door. Fitted easily yesterday by the plumber. The criticism I have for Bathshed is the price for transport and lack of communication from them regarding delivery. I had to purchase this shower door as it was such a difficult size.

Reasonable range, prices and quality- communication and delivery process needs work though - minimal advance notice of delivery (1st communication was on the day) or clear time slot. Should be an easy fix for bathshed but frustrating for the customer who wants to check them when they receive high value goods.

Excellent service. When goods were not dispatched they were sent immediately. Good are a great quality and packaged so well no damage in transit. Very pleased 😀

Great service, great product and good prices

Fantastic experience with Bathshed, especially Charlotte who was so lovely and very helpful!! Delivery was so fast, I would highly recommend using Bathshed!! 👌🥰

Good product and service. But be mindful of timelines as Bathshed located in Northern Ireland and shipping is a little bit longer if your parcel needs to cross the pond.

I found customer service excellent. Highly recommended and trusted by me. Would happily purchase in future.
