This has been the wrist purchasing experience of my life. I bought a laptop charger the plug came out straight away. They had me post back to get my refund even though I sent pictures of it clearly broken. MONTHS later I am STILL chasing them by email for my refund. It’s actually to the point it’s blatant theft and they are lying to me.

My new battery arrived in very good time. Excellent.

Item received, does not work in my car or partners car. It allows my phone to connect via usb but nothing else and I have tried everything to try to get it to work. I have contacted battery mate to get a refund within their “30 day satisfaction” and they have simply ignored my request. They have enough time to send me a link for the review but it to contact me for my refund. If they contact me to refund I’ll change my review.
