Downloaded on other country but didn’t ever worked, I turn it off and on, turn on the roaming, put it as the main and only form of data, turn off completely my phone and never worked.

Very knowledgeable and helpful operators. They answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. I’m giving them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Used it in Switzerland - worked well.

I purchased this eSim during my trip and after failure with another company. It was much easier to install and activate but it never worked. I was not able to use data or to call. I’m still trying to figure out what went wrong and how to get a refund.

I followed the instructions to activate the ESIM prior to traveling at the airport and was not successful in activating. I Emailed Baztel while in country where I needed the plan for data and calls and received a response. The process was complicated and not clear even for a referring customer who has used in the past for other travel data needs. I regret the purchase.

Competitive pricing and ease of installation. I use Baztel as my default international esim provider every time i travel now :)

I am so impressed at the customer service of this company. I am not very tech savvy so I needed special attention, and instructions on getting hooked up. So much patience the Customer Service had and the instructions were right on the money, very simple to understand despite my many emails. I am sharing the company with all of my friends and those who are traveling for sure I believe I already turned on a few people. Thank you so much for such great service as well as the price.!!!😊
