Been trying for just over 2 weeks to get my lease car collected. Been given a form to fill out and a case number but it's saying the case number is incorrect so cannot book a collection. I got rang during my working hours so obviously wasn't able to answer. Got called when I was home and tried calling back not long after only to have an automated voice saying the office was closed. Having an awful experience so far. I'm so angry at how long this is taking.
Picked up a car
Picked up a car, seamless effort - very efficient. Team for meet and greet very cheerful and helpful. It was Nellie who stood out on the repair mobile support vehicle. He was very astute and so polite and cheerful. Resolved my issue effectively. He is an ambassador for BCA… many thanks Nellie
Absolute joke of a company
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke of a company who gaslight you on the phone. Arranged to collect end of contract car from me, left me sitting all day to then call just before closing to say driver couldn't make it. Rearranged for 2 days later and advised I would be at work till 1pm..told that's fine but I could also leave the keys in the bin at side of the house, said absolutely no way was I doing that. Phone call at 8.15am to say they were on the way. Advised I wasn't home and that I had told them this. Asked to text this info to the number the driver was calling from which I did and he replied " spoke to head office and they will arrange another driver to come collect". It's now 4.30pm and I phoned for update to be told they had aborted the collection and reffered me back to the lease company. Called them and the girl said she spoke to them this morning and they said the same to her that they were arranging another driver. This company are a disgrace to the motor industry. They have zero customer service and are pretty rude on the phone. Would avoided at all costs
Liars and time wasters
These people have no respect for your time.
They can't give you an exact appointment. Not even a window. You get a message at 8am saying the driver will call 1h before pick up. You wait at home all day. Finally you call them to find out they're not coming today. You took a day off work, unpaid. They don't care. They'll come next week. You have a holiday booked? They don't care.
Second time this has happened, as we had two lease cars. Never again will I have anything to do with any company that uses BCA logistics.

Absolute disgraceful service from BCA. My application was rejected completely out of the blue with absolutely no explanation whatsoever — not a single word of feedback or reason given. Worse still, I’m still waiting for my money to be returned, with no timeline or update from their team. It feels like they just keep funds and leave customers completely in the dark. No transparency, no communication, zero respect for people applying. I’d warn anyone thinking of using them to think twice — you could end up out of pocket and with zero answers.

Worsed service ever! Purchased vehicle for £10500! Grade 2 apparently, more like grade 5! never again will I deal with them.

Have a car returning on early termination through a work scheme. These jokers were supposed to pick it up as they’ve been chosen by the lease company.
No contact from 8am until 1pm when I contacted them. Stated the driver didn’t answer so couldn’t give me an ETA. Waited another 3.5 hours until 16:30. Call them again to make sure they’re coming. Lo and behold, the driver won’t be able to make it. They just found that out 2 seconds before I rang. What exceptional timing. Now moving it to Friday. But based on other reviews I’d be surprised to see them anywhere near the car on Friday. Let alone collecting it. Joke of a company, a full day wasted, and no further forward.
Acting as though it’s a simple mistake. However, if it goes on longer, these clowns can end up costing me a lot of money.
It’s fine though, as I’m sure they’ll get paid none the less.
Friday today, been in touch twice to these goons. First time I was told the driver had delays and couldn’t make it. That was 11am. Stated they’d find another driver. Called back at 1pm. Stated they’d found one and he’d be here 3pm. Well, now it’s 4pm, still a no show, and now to top it all off. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. These clowns couldn’t sort a deck of cards. I don’t know how you fail to the only thing you’re paid to do so regularly but here we are.

All green reports essential are shit just be aware I just start my car on there site and the already transmission malfunction it’s mean the fault already they knew and they didn’t even mentioned on the report and went to desk the lady says it was okay at the time on check omg if it was okay so the car is still on your site it’s mean they clear the code and took pictures and put in on auction
Just be aware and do you home work before biding

My PCP came to and end with VW and they chose BCA as the company for my vehicle to be collected/auctioned off from. Firstly I had to wait over a month to book in a collection date as they were too busy to do any sooner. By then I had already got a new vehicle so now paying to tax and insure 2 vehicles which is a massive inconvenience for me as you're told to keep vehicle taxed and insured until collected. First collection date comes round. Get no ETA as promised. Tried to call them on and off all day whilst also trying to work. Finally get through late afternoon and told driver can't make it, got delayed on last collection, could we rearrange for the following week. I agree. That date comes around, yet again try and call as no ETA given again as promised. Told original driver cancelled collection in the morning (no one phoned or emailed to tell me) but they are getting a new driver and to 'listen out' for someone to arrive. Finally get a call just before 5pm. Surprise surprise, cant make collection today, can we rearrange FOR A THIRD TIME. I agree. Today is the third collection day and guess what, still waiting around. Called and on hold which I couldn't continue to do as working. Email and get a response. 'Tried to call driver but isn't answering, told him to phone you direct and give you ETA'. No one has called again yet for an ETA. What's the bets they don't collect again for the third time? I have been told they will cover my insurance and that I can cancel it with my insurance company but do not trust them? Nope. Asked for them to send me over a document to prove they have insured it, nope just get a email to claim it has been insured. So I am still paying for insurance on this vehicle and monthly tax has come out. Sure I wont get reimbursed for any of that looking at these reviews... Also anxious to see how much they will try and rip me off for any wear and tear. Awful company by the looks of it and my current experience...

The company is getting worse day by day selling x copart cars aswell with essential reports I won a bid with clear all green report on BCA site just turn on the car and it has transmission malfunction gear can’t even move my car from there site so I went straight to the office and they refused to claim any thing as they said it only a essential check and what I assume is that they done obd reset took picture and make essential reports and scamming
So please make sure before biding it has the same standard as buying it from Copart

BCA is no more in form it use to be, just want to done you over . Bought a car from them several time always have some issue but the one i bought yesterday is crap car .

Trader for 38 years, Bought and Sold Thousands of Cars. BCA are deliberately killing the motor trade with buying from the public via We Buy ANY CAR for a knocked down value then selling those cars online to Trade for over inflated values..Total Loss Vehicles ever since I know I wouldn't touch as a business principle I dont consider them as safe , A Total Loss Vehicle is Always Valued at 1/3 rd of the Cap Value it's a fact yet BCA knowingly selling Salvaged Structurally Damaged repaired vehicles at almost full value. Its mind boggling to see the market is full of alleged dealers selling these cars to public probably without telling the history of the car.. BCA are manipulating the market by reducing the number of cars sold weekly so the values are ridiculously high. No inexperienced trader can survive with buying cars Bca are selling..Only crooks selling salvaged repaired cars , repaired non runners make a few quid on unsuspecting vulnerable publics good faith. BCA cars you must check the GRADES and Inspection Records, also every car has its weak points a trader must know all these..OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY on BCA Vehicles.BE AWARE

I have been with bca for years Evan when they've moved sites 3 times in Bristol to different sites I have bought thousands of cars from bca today I went to Bristol in popular way I purchased a 10 plate fiat panda in white I drove it out of the yard into the second yard to load it onto my recovery truck and I noticed the clutch was slipping badly so I took it back to the main office in bristoland said am not happy with this car as the clutch is slipping badly the young lad drove it and said yes it's slipping I said I know that that's why am bringing it back to you so he took the key and paperwork into the office and didn't come back out so I went in the over entrance of the office and the woman who was working with this young man said I can't take this car back as it's in the no reserves section so I said I've been with bca for years and bought thousands of no reserve cars and I've never had this issue with a clutch slipping before when buying of bca auctions I said this vehicle should be in the non runner section as it may start but clearly want move anywhere the woman said being cocky well it Ur car know u take it with u as if u leave it here it will insure storage charges so I said mam don't be cocky the next thing then the main security guard came in the office to protect the staff I clearly wasn't rude or aggressive all I ask them to do was to take the car back as it was falsely advertised and the staff was rude and cocky and then called security for no reason all because I stood up for myself and the security guard was rude I answered him back and walked out of the office as I was starting to lose my temper so I just walked out if bca don't put this right they will lose me as a customer

BCA These are scammers.
This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. We ordered a car online and cancelled it within 1 hour, yet they still charged £1,800. After months of arguments, they reduced it to £1,500, and now they’ve raised it back to £1,800 again.
I’ve been paying £62 every month and nothing is being properly resolved. This is beyond unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
I will be taking legal action. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company and avoid the stress and hassle.

Do not use BCA at all , BCA assured and essential checks are not trustworthy. Each time I have bought car or van has issue and costed thousands to fix
Incredibly poor
I leased through my business a BMW iX1 for the last two years. Car was great, Alphabet was great.
Until end of lease.
BCAL took not one, not two, not three, not four, but 5 attempts to pick up the car, which is entirely unacceptable and was very costly for me. Communication from BCAL was generally awful.
Dozens of similar reviews on here suggest my situation isn't uncommon.
Alphabet and/or other leasing firms/manufacturers should consider alternatives to BCAL, I won't lease from Alphabet again until I know they handle end-of-lease differently.
