Me di de baja a través del correo solicitando dejar de recibir mensajes.
Efectivamente dejé de recibir solicitudes y eso me hizo creer que se había dado de baja.
Pero después me siguieron cobrando
Creo que en general estás aplicaciones no sirven.
Yo desde luego no volveré a apuntarme a ninguna de estas plataformas.

It sounds like there’s been a misunderstanding between unsubscribing from emails and actually cancelling your Premium subscription. When you unsubscribe from newsletters or notifications, it only stops the emails — it doesn't cancel any active subscription or payment agreement. That needs to be done separately.

You can cancel anytime via the link shown at the bottom of our homepage — it’s a quick process and doesn’t require a login.

Bonjour, je ne sais pas quoi trop penser encore🧐 après ma résiliation faites deux semaines avant , on vient de débiter mon compte sous prétexte qu’il fallait 1 mois de délai. J’ai écrit par e-mail pour demander le remboursement, j’attends leur réponse et compréhension. Un bon service c’est important 😉

Site fantôme !!! Faux profils à 99,99% !!! N’y allez pas !!! j’ai pris un abonnement pour 3 mois , bientôt 2 mois passés , j’ai jamais eu , pas même 1 message reçu , pas même 1 sourire , rien de chez rien ! J’écris aux autres , rien ! Jamais une réponse ! Silence radio!!! Des hommes soient disant en "ligne " nous indique un bouton vert , aussitôt que vous cliquez sur un "profil en ligne " immédiatement le bouton vert passe au jaune !!! Plus personne !!! Incroyable!!! Vous le faite sur 20 profils, même résultat!!! Presque 200€ pour 3 mois d’abonnement et rien ! Jamais eu de conversation. Pas 1 seul message ! Du jamais vu !!!J’ai même écris à leur service client pour savoir si j’avais fait une erreur quelque part?!? Si j’étais bien inscrite à Be2 ?!? Service client fantôme , zéro retour !!! Je ne comprenais rien jusqu’à ce que je décide de voir les avis sur Be2 en ligne ! D’après ce que j’ai lu ici sur les avis de depuis 2017 , je comprends maintenant tout !!! Maintenant je sais !!! Sounds like a scam

Sounds like a scam. Like many other people, I subscribed for a month, just to see what it's like. After that, they charged about 5 times the amount I paid for a month, without notifying me. The customer relations communication is really bad and they threaten you with debt collection. Talk about preying on unsuspected people... I wouldn't recomment this site to anyone, no matter how desperate they are.

Edited after reply: first of all, it's the first site I use, of any type - streaming, tech etc - that does not allow you to simply cancel your subscription or erase your profile. Whenever you try to do that the answer is "you cannot do this at this time, please contact us" or something similar. I did contact them and I did received an email where I was told my profile will be erased in 10 days. Guess what! It never happened. Now my profile is still on and I'm guessing my subscription is still going, because they are asking for money in order to cancel my subscription. Who the hell uses these awful customer tactics?! And no, you ddin't send any email informing me of next payment and the contact on your site is laughable at best.

If you're getting payment reminders or letters, that usually means that the subscription was not cancelled in time.

Cancelled my account within 24 hrs as…

Cancelled my account within 24 hrs as could see it wasn't fit for purpose but site kept taking money for next 7 months. My bad for not realising sooner and Be2 claimed I should have cancelled the Bank order at the time of cancelling the membership and deleting my profile. It's a con because I cancelled my membership more or less immediately so it's self explanatory that I wouldn't want to pay for service I'm not using. There are numerous complaints about this issue of Be2 continuing to take money after people have cancelled the service and then pathetic responses from Noel saying the payment wasn't cancelled etc even though people say it's almost impossible to find so it's intentional. Be2 are providing a service that's not fit for purpose which is why I left immediately thinking I wouldn't be charged as within a cooling off period. The service is set up to trick and fraud it's customers. If it wasn't like this it wouldn't have countless reviews all complaining about the same issues. If the service was honest it would automatically stop taking people's money at the same time people delete their profiles and leave the service. Regardless, if people have been fooled / mislead and the service wanted to do the right thing it would reimburse their money. Really disappointing and I feel so sorry for all the other people who were tricked like I was.

You can unsubscribe easily using the cancellation link at the bottom of our homepage, no login needed. If you're getting letters about outstanding payments, that usually means the case has already been handed over to an external collection agency. In that case, it's best to contact them directly to sort things out.

As for the profiles — we monitor things closely and definitely don’t want anything fake on the platform. If you’ve spotted anything suspicious, please report it and we’ll check it out.

Lo del precio. Te estafan. Primer mes razonable y si no andas espabilada al segundo te soplan un pastizal sin previo aviso.
El algoritmo. Un engaño. Ni siquiera aplica bien tus filtros. Si el porcentaje de éxitos del que presume, mentira, si obtienen algún resultado lo es por pura casualidad.

I can't believe how appalling this org is!!

I can't believe how appalling this organisation is. I have had endless trouble trying to cancel my account, and in April 2024 I finally managed to get the team to cancel my account. Now I just found an email in my junk folder about debt collecting even more money off me!! They are crooks!! Do NOT deal with these people. They are preying on vulnerable people!! This should be reported as theft!!!

I created an account for 1 month because I wanted to see what the experience was like with this "dating" site. It's crap. The profile doesn't show the date when your "premium" subscription expires, so you need to track it yourself. I found this out after getting billed 5 times what paid for that 1 month. I filled their form to cancel the payment and my account but considering all the other stories here, I don't have much hope of getting my money back. I'm sorry I didn't look them up before subscribing FOR ONE MONTH ONLY.
Edit: Their customer service is atrocious, you can't talk to anyone, you just fill in a form and then hope for an email where they tell you that you can't get your money back because they took it and you can go screw yourself.

Ich hab mich ganz schnell wieder…

Ich hab mich ganz schnell wieder gelöscht, nachdem ich festgestellt habe, dass die kostenpflichtigen Mitgliedschaften (und die brauchst du, sonst kannst du nichts machen und nichts sehen) Preisangaben pro Woche und nicht pro Monat sind. Und das steht so versteckt, dass man das ganz leicht übersieht.... Für mich also eine absolute Abzocke!!!

Varning! Tycker Be2 försöker lura och snärja sina kunder.

Har haft ett konto på sajten Be2 och valde tillslut det jag trodde var en engångsbetalning för premium åtkomst under 4 veckor. Har nu i dagarna fått veta, att jag tackat ja till en prenumeration!? Som jag nu är skyldig att betala för?! Upplever att den informationen om att man ansluter sig till ett abonnemang, då du godkänner deras villkor, tycker inte att företaget håller på med sjysst verksamhet. Visst var jag dum som inte kollade upp allt om deras betalningssystem och villkoren kring användandet, men var för mig att just den informationen inte var så enkel att hitta, min uppfattning är att de försökt dölja den informationen på så svårtillgängligt sätt som möjligt. Dessutom insåg jag att premium paketet som jag köpte, inte gav mig någon särskild förbättring och eller mer åtkomster på kontot när jag betalat för premium perioden. Sa upp och avslutade mitt konto(trodde jag!?) gjorde iallafall som det stod på deras hemsida vad gäller avsluta och stänga/säga upp kontot. Jag raderade sedan all min information. Uppsägningen som jag ”trodde” jag redan efter 1:a veckan med premium paketet gjort. Men är nu enligt företaget skyldig pengar för nått jag inte visste att jag ens beställt eller köpt. När jag fick fakturan på mailen, så har Be2 skrivit: Om vi inte får in betalningen snarast, kommer indrivning av betalningen ske! Är så irriterad, arg och besviken!

Det er et svindelsite, de stjæler fra dem, der handler med dem.
Jeg skulle købe et månedsabonnement for 179 kr. og der blev trukket 716 kr. fra min konto, efter jeg skrevet til dem de opsagde mit abonnement kun efter 5 dage.
Efter mange mail frem og tilbage, var jeg i stand til at få 416 tilbage, og de tog 300 kroner for ingen ting , bedrageri, tyveri..

Det er vildt de får lov til at fortsætte.

RENOVACIÓN SUSCRIPCIÓN FRAUDULENTA

Proceder a dar de baja a los clientes una vez hayan solicitado cancelació en debida forma. En mi caso, renovaron mi suscripción de forma aleatoria, a pesar de haber solicitado la cancelación, meses atrás, exigiendo el pago de la cuota más recargo, situación absolutamente fraudulenta!!!!

Do not give these people ur money they will rip you off going under two business names be2 and 60s dating i did cancel by email last year September and still they took the money out and wont refund it $299.70 sorry ur leaving yet still take the money either way these people will not give the money back money just as bad as being scammed....
I've sent many emails re this but all I get back is you didn't put it in in time or ur cancelling email my bank is looking into this and I still want my money back att:Anna or Noel
