I had a door fitted in July 2023. On cold days the lock jams and we can’t open it from the inside or outside. I have tried to contacting but had no response - I am wondering if this company is no longer trading?

The service from start to finish was first class. The surveyor came out to measure up, asked a few questions to make sure we understood what we ordering and the order was submitted the same evening. We only waited a few weeks for our installation date.
The fitter was friendly and efficient. His work was completed to a very high standard. The door has not only provided higher security but looks absolutely stunning and has transformed our hallway and the exterior of our home.
Payment was not requested until we were fully satisfied with the job, and we were.
I have already referred this company to a friend. Based on our experience, would highly recommend this company.

We resolved the small installation/technical issue with speed and fantastic patience from yourselves. We only ask for the balance once the customer is 100% satisfied and not before hand. Your warranty covers for ANY issue with the door from handles, hinges, locks, cills, glass and discolouring for a full 10 years. Highly recommend Beam Doors and windows. Their website to create your own door is simple and easy to use with a range of choices. Once you have decided and booked a visit, an installer will come to measure your frame. This visit is no sales pitch. The chap that we met simply offered advice and recommendations on whats popular and thats it. No pushy sales rep trying to have us spend more. We were guided to pick what we thought was the right choice for us.
Following the visit their customer service is on point. I had a concern that our payment method was incorrect. So I called up, they explained the situation and then wrote me an email with confirmation on the our payment method. Hand written by a human. Not a corpo “type customer name here” generic email. It was just reassuring and a nice touch.
So after the cooling off period, a time and date was booked for the install. Fitter turned up, punctual, polite and cracked on. Exciting to see the door in the real for the first time. The installer did a fantastic job and we’re very happy.
The next day I was stripping old paint from around the top of our bay window and one of our elderly neighbours walked past and said our new door was the talk of the street and how lovely it looked! We’re obviously dead happy and its hard not to keep popping out to admire it.
The old horrible lime green prison door from before was taken by Beam Doors to be recycled I believe. Literally no clean up or mess. Just a great new door. 10 year Warranty came through to my email yesterday.
If you want quality, peace of mind and no pressure. Choose Beam doors.

Beam delivered what they promised. We are both semi retired and started searching for a composite door which would be quality and last a lifetime. We searched on the internet and did see some cheap prices but poor quality. We came across Beam and we read the reviews and decided to visit the website. Instantly it gave us a price and we booked for someone to do a survey, Saved us the hassle of sales people harassing us. Surveyor came and gave us good advice and we decided to go ahead and place the order. There was no gimmick or pressure but honest words. They kept us informed of the fit date and arrived on time. The fitter was amazing and took care of everything and cleaned up after the mess. We realised that it’s a strong door and very heavy ad security is important to us. Customer services manager Ally was fantastic and very patient explaining the whole process and letting us know what was going on.Our door is brilliant and we’ve had the neighbours commenting how nice the door is.
