Really helpful advice and clarification…
Really helpful advice and clarification from Sophie. Whole process of buying very easy.
Good idea of theirs for me to send video of “walk through” to show how the deliverers would get the shed down path and into garden so no surprises on the day.

Lovely stuff
Really happy with my Beast shed. The staff I spoke to when ordering were very helpful and friendly. The installation was on-time and pretty quick. The shed itself is solid and rather attractive. If I was going to get another shed I’d definitely get another Beast shed.

Customer Service was great and put my mind at ease over ordering my shed.
Although I found the website ordering process a little difficult, I called and queried my concerns and Sophie was very helpful, which put my mind at ease. I continued with my order and it was confirmed as received and then I got a call back to confirm that everything was as it should be. Although there was a bit of a glitch with the ordered shed, we got it sorted out and hopefully I will get exactly what I need.

Incredible service
Incredible service, from the beginning to the end, it was made to measure as we have an odd shape garden and the shed was half a triangle, it was built to my measurements and they dealt with my multiple question with grace and professionalism, big thank you to Sophie,
The day finally came for delivery and installation after I pushed it back twice as I hadn’t got the base ready, and it was a complete service, to lovely fellas turned up bang on time, and assured me there was ample of space for them to erect the shed, and not worry, of I went to work and was gob smacked by the quality of the timber used and the overall look of the shed, worth every penny!!, thank you to beast sheds from the strong family !!
