My husband has dementia and is also disabled. the receptionist is very caring and understanding.
Laura the dentist and her nurse show great care and understanding when carrying out his treatment explaining to him step by step what they are going to do.

I really trust my dentist Russell and would not go anywhere else also Melissa the hygienist is fab as well.

If anyone is a NHS patient of Beaufort Park Dental Surgery (Beaufort Park) or are looking to join this practice, I seriously suggest you look elsewhere. After having to cancel two appointments for personal reasons (death in the family) 1 the day my father passed away, 2 the day of my 9 year old grandson’s funeral. I have been informed I have been discharged from their surgery. Even though I telephoned them and cancelled each appointment. It seems that their duty of care is only for financial gain. They are trying to ween out all NHS patients and using any excuse to remove us from their records. The receptionist was rude, sarcastic and seemed quite amused as she told me I had been removed from their register after (as she put it) two failed attendances, even though I had called the practice to cancel on both occasions with genuine reasons. After a telephone conversation with GDC today. I have been informed that this is a genuine reason for a complaint. I shall be putting up posters around the chepstow, Caldicot area. If anyone has had the same sort of issues with this practice please DM me. At the age of 60 I have never known a dentist driven only by financial gain. look forward to hearing from anyone with similar complaints.

I am so pleased I went to Russell as I needed advice and desperately wanted a lovely smile and teeth I could feel confident with. Russell explained all the options available. The finished result was perfect, so much better than I could ever have hoped for, I can’t stop smiling! The procedure was painless and I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend Russell and the very friendly and helpful staff at Beaufort Park Dental Surgery.

About 5 years ago I was advised by Beaufort park that I basically needed to have 90% of my teeth removed (NHS patient) very forcibly I was told this was my only option.
Years later after going to another dentist I still have all my own teeth and after two sessions my problems were fixed .
Unless you have bottomless pockets avoid these Charlton’s like the plague

The staff at Beaufort Park Dental Surgery deserve credit and praise, from the reception staff to all the clinical staff, as a very nervous patient due to past experiences with other dental surgery’s. Holly and Amy were outstanding always making sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere was really pleasant and made me feel at ease.. thank you and will be back again

I had extensive work carried over a 10 month period to restore all my teeth which had fallen into a poor state. All the staff were friendly and the service was excellent by everyone who delt with my treatment. I couldn't believe the results that Russell was able to achieve from where we started to the end result. I can now proudly smile and laugh without covering my mouth which was always on my mind before. The results have been such a relief and definitely boosted my confidence.

I am a terrible patient with a dislike for dental work, but having several extractions today was bearable. Dr Cassie Evans and the dental nurse were fantastic, understanding and supportive throughout the procedure. Even the receptionist was caring to my discomfort, taking the embarrassment of the situation and making the process easy and straightforward to book my next appointment. Amazing service from the moment I worked though the door to the moment I left.

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and am very happy with my results. The customer care throughout was great and each step was clearly explained and any queries I had were answered quickly. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend to anyone!

I have now had several appointments in recent years with this dental practice, due to years of neglect by myself my teeth were not in the best condition and during Covid I ended up with toothache, I had to look for a Dentist, so glad I found Beaufort Park, I have had the best of treatment on the occasions I have needed treatment ,most recently having knocked out a previous filling from about 10 years ago at a previous dentist, the examination and treatment to repair was completed and a small filling in another tooth was also repaired, my appointment was for 10.55 and by 11.15 my visit was over, no discomfort, jumped in the car and made my way home, got my smile back, can only say a big THANKYOU to this Dentist

I decided to take out my dental plan approximately 2 years ago. It is undoubtedly my most valued outgoing. It provides me with reassurance and keeps me focused with my regular dental healthcare.
I really appreciate all the customer service I receive from the team at Beaufort Park, Chepstow. I would highly recommend their service and support.

Russell, Melissa and staff are always fun and professional. Decided to have two implants done a couple of years ago. Now I can give a full review as I was surprised by the effort, diligence and near operating conditions that Russel and staff went to. Would definitely go back for more as the procedure was relatively painless and the implants are just brilliant in every way. One of my better decisions.
