I orderd a jacket and a bag from this place.. 19 days goes by and my items are finally supposed to be delivered. I get home to see that there is no parcel where it is shown on the delivery image. I then contact the company on instagram to receive absolutely no response. I finally get an email back stating I have to go to evri to raise a lost item with them? I paid BEAULARES, I did not pay EVRI. It is Beaulares responsibility to deal with issues the customer may face, not Evri. Then beaulares are responsible for dealing with Evri. This is nothing but SCAM company and I should have known well before now. The only way to get my money back is raising a chargeback and I have no choice now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

It’s a scam website, they do deliver products but it takes well over a month to arrive and it’s from china so it’s incredibly over priced and the quality is mid and not how it presents itself on the website. I’ve since had someone try to make a fraud payment on the card I used to purchase the item, and I do not use that card very much so I have a very strong suspicion it’s off the back of purchasing from this site.

Truffa. Acquisto il 2 dicembre 2025 (regalo Natale), passati i 30 giorni dall'acquisto richiedo mi restituiscano i soldi (il tracking dava il prodotto ancora in giro, la ditta è a Londra ma il prodotto parte dalla Cina. non mi serviva più, gli ho chiesto di richiamarlo in ditta). Mi dicono che non possono fare niente se il prodotto non arriva a destinazione ma che poi avremmo potuto fare un reso e avrebbero sostenuto le spese di spedizione. Arriva il prodotto, 4 gennaio, non lo apro e gli mando foto a testimonianza, gli scrivo per organizzare la restituzione. Mi dicono che lo devo mandare a spese mie, sono quasi convinta di farlo a costo di perderci i soldi della spedizione ma approfondisco le ricerche online e leggo di resi regolari non accettati. Non ho più voglia di perderci anche questi altri soldi. Apro il pacco, puzza da morire, lo butto.

Over 2 months waiting for an exchange — really disappointing

I originally received my order, but the item was too small, so I sent it back to exchange it for the correct size. That was over two months ago, and I still haven’t received the replacement.
It’s now turning into spring, and I still have no replacement item. The whole process has been extremely slow and unprofessional. I don’t want to text multiple times with the customer service to get any updates. I unfortunately cannot recommend ordering here.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been awful. I ordered three items:

One item I wanted to return. On the product page, it clearly stated returns are possible within 14 days, so I assumed I could return it. Only later did they hide in the T&Cs that it was a “final sale” item—very sneaky and misleading.

Two bags: one was later cancelled due to being out of stock, and the other is still missing.

I have lost money and the way they handle customers is unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Don’t do it! It will cost you a lot of patience… it takes months before you receive it… and when you finally do, the sizes aren’t correct. It’s probably all made in China and the order is only sent after you’ve paid. And if you then say that the size isn’t right, you can return it and wait for your money… for a very long time.

Do NOT buy from this company – it is a scam. I purchased the bomber jacket from here in the sale, it took weeks to arrive and when I reached out to cancel the order, I suddenly received a tracking number saying this was being sent from China. The shop is pitched as a London based org but is clearly exploitative.

When the item finally did arrive, it was so poorly made that the zip didn't go up and you couldn't fit your arm through one of the holes. I followed up with the team to sort a refund – they became less and less responsive each time offering to 'help' but providing no returns information. Eventually they stopped replying, and I've now had to follow up and get the money back from my bank.

Not only is the service appalling but this is a fraudulent company. Do not purchase from here – you will regret it as I have!

They shipped a product after more than 2 months. One shirt was damaged and the and other products was the wrong one…but even more after 3 months of chatting i still didnt receive support or refund, cause they dont even answer! Do yourself a favour a buy from another place

This is clearly a drop shipping operation being run in China. I bought a product back in Nov which arrived to the UK after almost a month.

While the product wasn't bad, the size was not the right fit for me. Informed them of it and we agreed to exchange it. They make the customer pay for shipping for all returns. Since it was a UK address, the shipping did not hurt.

However, almost 1 month since I sent the product back, a certain Bethany keeps coming back to me with a template reply: Your order is not in our return list yet. This means your return will still undergo inspection and clearance. This process may take up to 10 business days after delivery.

I fail to understand how a jacket that was tried on for like 1 minute, with all tags intact has taken more than 10 business days in 'inspection'. Not to mention, we're way past the 10 business days promise now.

Avoid at all costs. There are much better brands out there offering superior quality and hassle-free returns/exchanges.
