I had an issue with not receiving my package after receiving an email saying it was delivered. I contacted customer service and they offer to replace my order just because I was a returning customer. However, the postal service located my package and delivered it. Thank you guys for being willing to step up for your consumers! Kudos

i’m a regular customer of Beautyforever but the last few wigs I order have definitely not been the same style or length. I’m not sure if they have a copycat company, but I’m very unsatisfied with the last three wigs I received.

I had such a great experience the 1st time I ordered from here. The second time around not as great but still good hard to get in touch with customer service but once you do it works out . Jack and lily both were my representative were very helpful and had my order shipped out and handled asap
