Buyer beware

I followed the link under MsPreciousMarie’s YouTube video to purchase a wig from Beauty Forever. I was very disappointed with what they sent me because the cap construction was so poor that it could not be worn glueless. The influencer showcased in her video that it comes with drawstring but mine did not have that feature. So the cap was open wide in the back of my head, and I could not style it the way Marie had shown in her video. I first sent an email to their customer service department but got no answer from them until I involved PayPal. They asked that I close the dispute I had opened on PayPal before anything else. I told them I would close it only if I got a refund or an exchange. I never heard back from them after my response so PayPal gave me the instructions to return the item at my own cost. PayPal then confirmed that the parcel had been returned and that I would get a refund for the cost of the wig only. It’s very frustrating because it felt like I spent over 50$ just to try a wig on. Moreover they send good quality units to the influencers to promote but turn around and send poor quality items to the paying customers. I don’t recommend this brand so buyer beware.

The wig that I ordered looked nothing like the wig that is advertised. It was not full nor did it have the full body curls. I reached out to get the information to return the wig and was told that I could add a little mouse or curls it. I provided them with the pictures and returned it for a full refund. Customer Support was very helpful and communicated throughout my process.

The worst experience ever

This has been the worst experience ever. I purchased this hair on 4/30/26. When I purchased the hair, it was said that it will take 3-5 business days. I recieved an email stating the hair would take several weeks. I received this email a day after I made the purchase. I sent a number of emails requesting a refund back to my original payment method. I also requested a refund via their website. I keep getting emails about returns. How can I return something I never received. They also sent emails saying that I can order a different inch, and they will do overnight shipping for me. I replied to the email immediately, stating that they could change the inch to 20 and that I only wanted the order if they can guarantee I will receive the hair by 5/6/26. Still no reply. The crazy thing is, that they are still advertising the same hair I ordered on their website, that they are saying will take several weeks to arrive. However, not informing customers about the delay before they purchase. Dealing with this company has been a disaster. I’ve sent numerous emails about my issues. Still no REAL solution. I shouldn’t have to go through this. I shouldn’t have to spend more money, because of an issue on their end. The communication and customer service is horrible. The communication and customer service has been horrible. They keep making promises they aren’t able to keep. I don’t trust this company and will never order again. I’ve had such a great experience with Beauty Forever Hair! The quality is honestly amazing, super soft, full, and true to length. There’s little to no shedding, and the hair holds curls really well but also straightens beautifully. What I love most is how natural it looks. It blends perfectly and gives that effortless, flawless finish every time. I’ve gotten so many compliments wearing it! Shipping was fast, and the customer service was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to hair companies I highly recommend Beauty Forever Hair if you’re looking for good quality hair that lasts! 💕

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beauty Forever.

After multiple failed delivery attempts by their courier, GoFo Express, I reached out to Beauty Forever for assistance. Nancy, one of their representatives, responded and apologized, offering me two options: either wait for the wig to be returned to them and resent, or receive a refund. I chose to receive a refund.

However, after selecting that option, the process became frustrating and confusing. I did not receive any clear follow-up regarding my refund. Instead, I began receiving emails instructing me to submit a return request online with photos of the wig.

I repeatedly explained that I could not complete a return or provide photos because I NEVER received the product in the first place. Despite this, I continued to be given the same instructions, which do not apply to my situation.

I also communicated with another representative, Larry, who incorrectly told me that my package had been delivered. When he provided a tracking number, it was linked to a completely different delivery in Virginia, which had nothing to do with my order.

At this point, I am stuck going back and forth between Beauty Forever and their courier with no resolution. I never refused the product—I simply never received it. I even offered to pick up the package myself, but was told that was not an option.

This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. There appears to be a lack of communication, accountability, and proper customer support. Customers should not have to go through this much just to receive their order or get a refund.

Buyer beware

I wrote a review and was bribed monetarily to take it down. Don't fall for this if you write a bad review about the wigs and length of time (a month) to get your money back, keep it up.

Quality product, great customer service once past automation responses

The quality of the wigs I've bought are very good. The Put on and Go, is true to it's words; it's glueless as advertised. While it took a bit of effort to get past automated responses to correct an order error, once I reached someone the matter was handled in a satisfactory manner. Make it easier to reach someone directly in customer service and I'd give it 5 stars.

Chemical smell, Not BLACK OWNED!! Based in Xuchang China! Not Norcross Georgia

Not only did I get the wrong length, the chemical smell the wig have game me a headache, filled the large room, made me nauseous and got on the canvas bag i had it in after opening it in the car!!

I sent it back and their autopilot email keeps promising a refund and now went radio silent!!
