I would give 0 stars if i could! If you want to receive a $31 invoce from Fedex because of "customs", plus the $21 out of control shipping fee, do not buy from here!
I did not even know these pillowcases shipped from Turkey or that i would have to pay for customs on this.

The case pillowcase i purchased ripped, so i got this one to replace it. Never again!

If customers have to pay $50 total for shipping for a $50 case?! No!
Let your customers knoe before hand your products required extra customs payment, and allow them to make an informative decision if they want to get ripped off.

The pillow is super uncomfortable and caused me to have sleepless nights and now I'm terribly sick. Also makes the wrinkles worst as the pillow does not fit like they claimed. I am trying to return the product and no one is answering within the 14 day period. I wish I read these reviews before ordering the overpriced pillow. I am going to have to dispute it with my credit card company now. What a waste of time of a company.

One star is too much. I never received the product I ordered, nor was I refunded. I have tried contacting them multiple times. VERY disappointed.

I have had the same trash experience as everyone so far! The product was of poor quality, and there was no way to return the unwanted item! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN!!!!
The customer email does not work and they don't answer when you contact them via the contact page either! TURKISH SCAM!

I placed an order at the end of September, I received an email with an order number and the order appeared in my Shop app. After two weeks, I noticed that I had received no pillow and the tracking information wasn't showing up. I have contacted customer service through their email with very little help.

This company does not give refunds or communicates at all they just ignore you .
Bought a chest pillow it was not good for wide chests and big boobs and it gave me acid reflux cause it was too tight for me , asked for a refund 5 times with no reply . Still no refund . What a hideous customer service

Bin leider darauf reingefallen und habe das teure Kissen gekauft. 4 Wochen später kommen teure Zollkosten (50,-Euro) dazu. Antwortet auf E-mails nicht.

I can’t believe I spent this much for a pillow over $200 to be scammed and ignored. When you purchase the pillow they don’t let you know it’s not the Australian dollar so once I paid I noticed I had be charged over an extra $63 dollars which I had not agreed to as it’s from Turkey so I emailed them twice they don’t respond then I got the pillow looks like cheap material and a cheap pillowcase. I did lay my face on it I have the smallest face and head you cannot sleep in that gap and I took photos it still pushes on the skin so I give it a try it’s like sleeping on a rock with no head support or another example when you fall asleep drunk on the couch and your neck is killing due to the way your neck was positioned. I kept waking up and my head was not in the hole so I would put it back in it’s weird your right on the edge with this tiny hole space it’s a joke I woke up with marks on the side of my face and my neck and back is killing plus I have a massive headache and I will need to see my osteopath. I have requested a refund twice I have been ignored going to my credit card company for help. I really hope my review helps others not to purchase this pillow it does not work and these people are scammers and if your still curious what it will feel like go sleep on a rock outside as this is the worst pillow I have ever purchased and the most expensive

I bought the chest pillow and it is a complete waste of money, it doesn't work. I tried to return it but nobody answered my e-mail.

This is a foreign nasty scammer company. I am now out over 300$ because they refuse to answer my emails about a return. I have sent them so many emails, all with no response. I’m contacting my bank to file a fraud case against them today.

This company is a scam. They pose as a UK company and then they you can a charge from customs for £40 and then you realise it comes from Turkey. I said I will not pay this charge and it will be sent back. They have not responded to my email re a refund for this.

This pillow is complete garbage and the price is ridiculous. First, the size is really small and the "memory foam" isn't memory foam at all. I believe, it's just regular foam, which doesn't hold up to the weight of your head or neck, etc. It has a fitted silk pillowcase which I could care less about, but the company claims it has "skincare capsules" in it. Good luck with a return to Turkey... Dumbest purchase ever. Do not waste your money.

So, the pillow is very soft, to the point of flat when an average size head is resting on it. The shape of the pillow, the feature you are buying disappears when weight is applied to it, so you are in-effect sleeping on a slightly thick blanket not an actual pillow.
The material is of one type only, soft memory foam, if they had used multiple materials to construct it then it might hold the shape better and make the wildly overpriced pillow worth buying.
The products failings I could forgive, if they actually held up to their 21 day return policy, they absolutely don't. I've emailed them twice, no response, it's like they are waiting for the 21 days to expire before responding because they have sent 4 sales emails to my inbox in the waiting time...... it's really bad optics to be sending sales emails to a customer who is waiting on a response to a complaint.
If I don't hear anything I'll be reporting them to the UK office for consumer rights and the CPC (EU), the products are shipped from Turkey so there is jurisdiction for them to investigate where appropriate.

Don't buy from this company, even if you like crepe paper flat and overpriced pillows. Bad customer service on a high margin product like this is unforgivable.

Purchased a pillow since they have a 21 day trial period. Made my neck worse and when I let them know I wanted to return and get a refund they told me o must pay for shipping and mind you they are located in Köşklü Çeşme, İstanbul Cd. No: 67, 41400 Gebze/Kocaeli İSTANBUL TURKEY
Yes Turkey!!! They also said that they would have to check the pillow to make sure it’s not damaged? But later said that they don’t reuse them and have to throw them away! So which is it? I’m so mad I purchased this crappy pillow from another scamming company!
Stay away from this company! They will take your money and you cannot return the pillow!!!
