I saw an ad for Coldwater Creek having a clearance sale. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise on November 10, 2023. I never received the merchandise.

I give this company no stars. Never received my order. They never replied to my emails.

I ordered 3 blankets in Nov via an advert on Instagram. The advert ran for a while, and when I goggled the website I found it exactly as advertised. However, despite emailing Tinderfed's customer services website, I received no response. I also tried investigating via Instagram who have no record of my order. This will be the last time I order from Instagram - my apologies to all the legitimate sellers, but I can't trust them anymore. I now find that the Tinderfed website no longer exists - no doubt someone is enjoying life with my money. Scam, scam, scam: it's a shame I can't rate a minus score.
