Quality products

I love the Beauty Pro products. The serums are great. Great value for money and quality products with no nasties.
I was recommended to Beauty Pro by my sister and have since recommended them to others. All rave about them.

beauty pro light therapy mask

I had been bought the beauty pro light therapy face mask. After a few uses the strap where the Velcro attached started coming apart and I contacted beauty pro and they sent me new straps within the week

1st BeautyPro item & maybe last!

1st product of BeautyPro and maybe my last.
I purchased the Warming Eye Mask
Very disappointed in this product.
Yes warmed up (mild)
Image on front NOT as actual item.
No rounded nose area. Just a slit.
So just sits across the whole eye area and so no benefit from the mild heat
Easy to put on.
Scent - very faint/if any
Material rather stiff (as it just sits across the eye area flat instead of sitting comfy.
**unsure why Image on front is not true to the actual product.??**
For the price, etc sadly waste of money.
Not a wow for my first buy of this brand. Would I recommend- No as many other Brands offering same style product that actually fit.

The mask is designed to allow even heat distribution across the eye area, and the warming effect is intentionally gentle rather than intense. That said, we understand this style and sensation won’t suit everyone, and we’re sorry it didn’t provide the comfort or benefit you were hoping for.

Your comments around the product image versus the physical design are particularly helpful, and we’ll be feeding this back internally to ensure our visuals are as clear and representative as possible.

Faulty products and awful customer service

My Photon LED facemask that retails for £195 stopped working after a few uses because the battery pack/remote control won't hold a charge. Their customer service team are refusing to replace it and are saying I need to buy a replacement one from their website at a cost of £30. It's incredibly infuriating when them sending me one would literally cost them nothing. These products are shoddy quality but sold at premium prices.

We always want to be as helpful as possible, I have checked in with our customer care team on your case, but to process a replacement under warranty we do need proof of purchase. This allows us to confirm the product’s purchase date and retailer. Without this information, we’re unfortunately unable to approve a warranty claim.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating product, faulty and not fit for purpose… twice!!

I am on my second BeautyPro LED mask, which was purchased for me in December 2024. I had to request a replacement in January 2025 as some of the lights had stopped functioning, after a long back and forth with the retailer, I eventually got my replacement in March. This worked brilliantly for 5 months, using it every second/other day until suddenly in September, the battery life dramatically reduced, I could only use it on the Red setting for 20 minutes (for two uses) before it needed to be fully charged again. If I attempted to use any of the other settings, the blue or purple for example, it lasted less than the 10 minutes before needing a charge again. This was annoying but I figured I’d stick with red only as I was seeing results and then in October, two areas of lights stopped working again. More areas of lights keep breaking now since. I’m extremely disappointed and reckon it must be cheap for this reason. Save your money and invest in one of the others as this is just not fit for purpose it seems.

I purchased the BeautyPro LED Mask with…


I purchased the BeautyPro LED Mask with high expectations, but the experience has been absolutely terrible. The remote control has broken twice, and now the main wire has completely stopped working. Despite contacting customer service, I was told they would not replace or repair the item, even though these are clearly recurring faults in their design.

I’ve taken great care of the mask, so there’s no reason it should be failing repeatedly. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive product to stop functioning after so little use. Now I have no choice but to pay out of pocket for a private repair, which is both inconvenient and unfair.

I’m extremely disappointed and want a refund for this faulty device. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing this mask until the company improves the product quality and their after-sales support.

Horrible aftercare service

Horrible aftercare service. Remote was broken down twice. I have replaced it myself paying for it but it’s broken again after three months and I am refused to have a replacement. It’s seems to be a very crapy quality with absolutely no aftercare service at all.

Small faces only fir dace masks

Hilauraunic acid face mask

Only for people with small faces. Has to cut the nose bridge and around the mouth to make it vaguely fit.
So much serum it ran into my eye, had to take it off to wash my eyes. Total waste of money!

Amazing service

I had an issue with my mask and my wire stopped working, I reported this to the beauty pro team and Abbie Rogers responded within an hour and got me a replacement mask sent out after sending proof over.

She was unbelievably helpful and I am so greatful for such a brilliant service and would highly recommend!
