This is not a UK based company despite having an address in the uk.just like the other reviewers I bought a mask that took three weeks to arrive and had to return to China. The products do not comply with Uk safety laws nor does one have any consumer protection rights. Stay away and don’t buy anything.

Ordered as Opaline but seems to be this. Item never arrived (despite chasing and response to 'how did we do'. Getting to point when I will stop trying to purchase things online

Just like everyone else, I ordered after seeing it on a site that compared masks and seemed to have good reviews ( wish I hadn't rushed into it before checking it out more carefully). All my messages for confirmation went to junk and said it had been shipped within seconds.. clearly to stop cancellation. Arrived 4 weeks later as a cheap copy and without the additional neck piece which I'm not sure even exists . I requested a refund due to them misleading their customers through false advertising and they tried to fob me off saying they use multiple suppliers. I got a refund through my bank but can only keep the money if the company don't argue it. Absolutely awful scam and I'm sorry to hear so many people have lost money and special presents because of these fraudsters.

This company is worse than terrible !!
I fell into the same trap as believing (as this company wants you to believe when placing your order )they are UK based .
My item was shipped after contacting them to cancel my order .
I returned my order unopened to the address they supplied in China at a cost to myself of £26 on an order I paid £113 for .
I refuse to be bullied into keeping an order I no longer either want or need as I sourced from a reputable company in the end that does what it says on the tin !
This company needs stopping and shutting down -It is Totally dishonest and misleading

This company is the worst of worst for conning people with fake goods that all they want to refund for is 40 percent of your money they know there sending fake goods but are making a nice 60 percent profit because of there ridiculous returns policy they say there based in England and returns are in china it is a joke how there still trading they send 20 emails blagging you into a refund and you don’t get that in the end they just blank you it’s disgusting please avoid this company they are con artists

Do NOT buy from this company. They deliberately mislead customers into thinking they are UK based, they are not. They operate out of China. I ordered an infrared face mask which arrived 3 weeks late and missed my daughters 4oth birthday, so I didn’t even open it.

When I attempted to return it, I was given a return address in China 2 months ago and guess what the parcel is still conveniently “held at customs” in China and nothing has been resolved. I beleive their responses are clearly auto generated AI messages designed to fob customers off until they give up.

I have lost £211 to this scam, easy money for them!!

This is a dreadful Chinese Scam. Beware. I ordered the massage gun which is clearly not recommended by the BBC, Telegraph and Guardian. My Tesco credit card would not refund as the company sent the item and a return address to China. The UK office is empty. Similar to everyone else, the item is not as advertised and looks cheap. Cancellation has to be within 2 hours of ordering and return to china is at your own expenses and then it appears there is customs to pay which can be more than the item. Please avoid!

This, and their sister company 'Sylvane.co.uk' are a scam. I was researching which LED face mask to buy for my wife. There's a review site called Top beauty device, which on face value seems reputable but it's fake and directs you to Sylvane or Opheline's website. They both have the same contact number which is out of service, Opheline has a London address which is a vacant office. Sylvane piggy back on a reputable US company Sylvane.com, they use a similar logo and website design, so don't beat yourself up it's easy to be decieved. I cancelled the order in line with their own T&Cs which stated I could cancel within 14 days of placing the order (I advised them of this but they have now changed this, thankfully I have a time stamped screenshot of the T&C's). They continued to insist on delivering the item. I've reported them to my credit card company who will take over from hereonin. I've advised them I'm happy to return the product to them but it will be at their own cost. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Please avoid, avoid, avoid this company, total scam artists, they claim to be uk based but they ship cheap tat from China, my item didn’t arrive for nearly 3weeks , when contacted they claimed their uk warehouse had a fire, total crap , so when it did arrive it was no longer needed, so the return started, omg, what a total fr……g nightmare, it still hasn’t arrived, it’s been over 5weeks , stuck at customs, I did everything right my end with Royal Mail, they claim that dutiful fees have to be paid, by me !! After speaking with a Royal Mail representative, he confirmed they have to pay, so the back and forth goes on , absolute bunch of charlatans, do not buy anything from these rogue salesmen. Disgusting

Ordered and claimed a refund through my bank as it took over a month to arrive. See pic for the awful mask that arrived after 2 months

Just like all the other reviews, the face mask I received was extremely poor quality and not produced in the UK as the website would have you believe. The company responded well and were polite, but refused a full refund until the product was returned to China. I raised this asa dispute with my bank and had to go through a few steps but have managed to get my money back. Don’t accept their poor quality items, or a partial refund/rubbish returns policy. Contact your bank and they’ll you get your money back

After many emails to and from this fake selling company I have finally received a refund for the led mask and migraine cap. Not direct from them though, they just wanted me to return the mask at my expense, which i kept refusing to do.
My bank informed me they had cloned my bank details and sent me a refund and the other part of my order was via Klarna which after explaining all this to them they raised an issue with opheline themselves.
Please go through your banks or which ever payment method you have paid with. Don’t let this fake company scam anymore of us. Hope you all manage to get your money back.

This company is completely false their products are faulty and come from China you cannot send anything back. Do not buy anything from them they mislead all the customers and should not be allowed to sell anything

This company is now trading under the name SYLVANE. Do not use ....a scam

DONT ORDER !!!They make me send the parcel back to china then waiting for the refund back for 23 days now and they are not even replaying.

As with all the other reviews this is a scam .
Company is based in China not the UK as they falsely advertise .
Products are poor quality and you cannot return in my experience.
My return item is stuck at Chinese customs and Royal Mail say they have tried to reach out to the company to no avail

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is a scam, they are based in China. The products are counterfeit and of extremley poor quality. You cannot return the product for a return, unless you return it back to China. With shipping and custom fees this costs more than the product. They do not communicate with you other than by AI to just tell you to return the product to China. They are illegal and should be ashamed of themselves!

Do not buy from here it is a scam. They will charge you for return their rubbish product
