I was searching for a particular brand of shampoo/conditioner which I found on your website. Not only were the 2 different types in stock, they were at a great price. Shipping was very fast and overall I am extremely happy I found you! I’ll be shopping with you again!

I recently ordered online hair tools for my son from Beauty Wellness.ca. However, I encountered a mix-up with the payment options and contacted Beauty Wellness.ca. Shortly after, I was connected with their service representative, Alex. During our correspondence, Alex not only resolved the payment issue with my recent order but also noticed what I had ordered and suggested other products that might better suit my needs.

Alex was absolutely right! The products he suggested were perfect and exactly what I needed. After speaking with Alex and him helping me navigate the Beauty Wellness.ca website, I was thoroughly satisfied as a customer. I eagerly awaited the delivery of my hair supplies, which arrived the next day.

Beauty Wellness.ca offers great products and even better customer service. Alex truly went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciate it immensely and will definitely be returning to purchase more hair products and tools from Beauty Wellness.ca. Thank you once again!

"I placed my order last week and received it yesterday. The delivery was impressively fast, and the packaging was excellent. I’m very satisfied with my purchase from Beauty Wellness and will likely order from them again

I have ordered from them a few times and cannot complain at all. Prices are amazing, service fantastic and my products get here in a few days. I will never go back to beauty supply stores or drug stores. I will continue to support this business.

Great prices on my favourite hair products. Easy to order and had a discount which made it even more worth buying. Fast and reliable shipping. I will keep buying from here.

I placed an order and realized that I forgot to use my points. I sent a message via the chat line to ask if they can apply my points. I promptly received an e-mail from Alex informing me that a refund would be issued for my points. This is great customer service. You really care about your customers. I am a repeat customer and will continue to order my products from your site. Great products. Great prices! Thank you again Alex!

The ordering was easy and the shipment was very fast. I went to your site because you are Canadian and because I was looking for a specific product. It was less expensive than Amazon and I ended up buying other products as well, which I am very pleased with.

Great products! Great services ! Nice communication and easy website !

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and today just reinforced why. When a product I usually order wasn’t available, Alex from support didn’t just brush it off—he took the time to understand what I needed and suggested the new Wella Charm series as a great alternative. I ended up placing the order right away, and I’m genuinely excited to try it. Email Subscription provided 10% off and you get Free Shipping on $75 or more.

That kind of personalized service is rare. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve been met with patience, product knowledge, and a real willingness to help—not just sell. They truly care about their customers.

The product selection is unmatched, prices are great, and shipping is always quick. I don’t trust my beauty buys to anyone else. If you're thinking about shopping here, do it—you might end up a loyal customer too.

Very convenient and their prices are great. This was my first time ordering and they did miss an item from the shipment but when I called them they were very friendly and quick to fix the issue and send me the missing item. Highly recommend.

I always order my hair mask from here and their service is so fast. I had one package delivered to a wrong address and they were able to contact the courier guy and re deliver my package to me in less than 30 min from the time i sent them an email. One of Beauty wellness customer service agents called me the minute the package was put at my door to make sure everything is right. Super awesome & super fast customer service.

I've been a repeat customer for a reason. When I had an issue at checkout, support called me back immediately and stayed on the line until everything was resolved—no rush, just real, thoughtful help. The rep genuinely listened, offered great suggestions, and made sure I left the call satisfied. It’s rare to find service this customer-focused.

Their product range is extensive—truly one of a kind. Whatever I’m looking for, they have it, and at unbeatable prices. Shipping is fast, and their sales support is just as impressive: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping, not just selling.

I don’t trust my beauty purchases to anyone else. If you're thinking of ordering, go for it—you’ll likely become a loyal customer like me.

Amazing customer service! Proud to support a Canadian family run business
Thanks for everything!

I ordered the StyleCraft Saber trimmer from BeautyWellness.ca, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding — prompt responses, friendly communication, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

The delivery was fast and secure, and the packaging was carefully sealed with a tamper-evident sticker. It was obvious that they took the time to inspect the product before shipping. Everything arrived in perfect condition, with no damage at all.

The product itself works like a charm and is exactly as described on their website. I also really appreciate how professional and trustworthy this company is — it’s clear they truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for reliable products, fair prices, and top-notch service, I highly recommend shopping with BeautyWellness.ca!

The sales person on the phone was very interested in my situation and did his absolute best to help me. He listened carefully and offered some great suggestions. It’s awesome when u actually get a sales person who cares.

Excellent service. Excellent products. Excellent prices. We will shop again.

This was my first experience and was absolutely great!! I had questions and I actually got a phone call back and follow up email with links to products which made my choice so easy. Alex was amazing!

I ordered some clippers and the product quality was excellent. The cost of the item was an excellent deal. The shipping could have been a disaster as there was a change in my plans, and I needed it rerouted to a different address, however the customer service with Alex was fantastic and fast. The package was successfully rerouted and delivered. Thanks again!

Awesome store; bright, clean, helpful staff, everything you hope for when shopping… I recommend them 110 percent!

Great prices, great service!
Thank you 😊
