Was fast and effective shipping. Very happy with my purchase.

I made my first online purchase at BeautyWellness.ca late at night. Obviously I didn’t enter my shipping address correctly. I contacted the customer service right the way and received reply the next business day. A day later, I got my package. I am really satisfied with the customer service and the level of care. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing customer service great products very happy with everything I’ve ordered.

I have found my alternative to Amazon for this category. Proud Canadian in action.

Products were shipped super fast. Great customer service.

As a first time buyer I was a little nervous submitting my details. However, I had no problems. The delivery was prompt and when I phoned with Questions they were dealt with in a pleasant and serious manner.
I recommend this company.

Had such a great experience buying the first time that I ended up making a 2nd purchase. Both orders arrived within a few days. Reached out to customer service via email regarding what I thought was delayed delivery of the 2nd product but was not. Response was prompt and professional. Would not hesitate to buy again or recommend. Also, pricing was better than I could find anywhere else

Amazing Experience.
Very happy to recommend your company to all my friends. Fast, excellent service, very helpful communication, fast delivery.
Five star review.

I could not of been happier with the service and product. I was running into a few issues when purchasing on line ( my fault ) and when I called them direct Alex was nothing but helpful. Walked me through the purchase , checked me out, and even shot me a email message to let me know it was delivered. He knew I was in a bit of a time frame panic as I was buying for my wife birthday. Thanks again for everything. Shipping was also very quick.

Cheers
John

I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical when I saw this company come up on Google when I searched for an Andis Trimmer, but I'm so glad that it did. After speaking with Alex on their chat platform, he answered all my questions and I felt comfortable enough to place an order. The trimmer received was exactly what I wanted, was a great price and I'd recommend Beauty Wellness to anyone looking to purchase these types of items. Thanks Alex for your help!

Excellent customer service. I needed to modify an order and Alex got back to me timely. I kept changing my mind and he was very patient and helpful. I definitely will buy from this shop again. I was recommended by a friend and it certainly was a good recommendation.

Amazing and fast customer service. Very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend.
