I bought a beautiful house in France on October 7th and completed on December 18th with Charlie Gann who was amazing!

We recently sold our property through Beaux Villages immobillier in St Saud Lacoussiere in France. Our agent was Charlie Gann, from the Piegut Pluviers branch. She was extremely professional, proactive as well as on the ball. She was very helpful in providing us with a list of all the documents that we needed to proceed with the sale. She and the team at Piegut branch, did an excellent write up of the property as well as took many photos and a video. She provided us with a contact for the expertises, a notaire. The property went on the market on the Friday and by Monday she found us a buyer. Brilliant result!
