Excellent duvet cover exactly what I wanted. Customer service was excellent. My parcel didn’t arrive so I contacted bedding royal. They emailed me back the same day and said they would contact Royal Mail to locate the package. Two days later my parcel arrived. I have only just received my order so haven't used it washed it yet. But I love the colour, it's just as it is on their website.

Ordered a Moses basket mattress from this company. When I received it, it was folded in half in the packaging so I am now unable to use it and will have to buy another one. Very disappointed, especially seeing as they call themselves passionate people with more than 15 years bedding industry experience. Experienced people would not fold a baby mattress in half.

I would highly recommend this company, after ordering the wrong size, they quickly swapped the item, kept me updated at all times and organised a refund. A friendly and helpful service with great quality product.

Customer service was brilliant. My first order didn't arrive but this company went above and beyond to put things right.
The cushion covers were lovely. A little smaller than the expected size and the zip openings were a bit small to get the cushions in easily. Having said this they look lovely.
