Awesome Beds 4 Kids Avaliações

Glen helped us with the order and delivery. He was amazing. Excellent customer service. He gave us a great deal and delivered our bed on time (we are local). We are happy with the quality of the bed. But definitely don’t feel the particle board is anywhere near as long lasting as what a timber bunk would be. However, we wanted the style - with the bookshelves, and our kids just love it. It’s near impossible to find a similar alternative that is solid wood. The metal support beams are great for more peace of mind of its sturdiness.

Great product

Good quality beds. Delivery was easy to arrange. Very happy with our purchase. Beds took a while to assemble but was fairly straightforward

Fantastic product and service. Such a pleasure to deal with and my son loves his bed.

Nothing wrong with the product, however, after purchasing what I thought was assembly on delivery, as per the website, I was told in a curt message that I had not purchased this and if I had it would take any reputable company at least 3hrs to assemble and would charge $300-$400.
I went back to check the website and my receipt, where I could see where I had purchased it. On further review of the website, I saw in small font when you clicked on the assembly purchase it actually said we can contact a service for you???
I replied to the message explaining the website was not clear, to which I was told they had never had any one “complain” in the past.
I went back to the website to show others to see if it was just me and those I showed thought it was unclear also.
The following day I showed a colleague at work and the website had been changed overnight. It now said in some larger text by purchasing assembly service awesome beds 4 kids would facilitate a call and quote for $20 and then you would get a discount of $30 on the assembly job.
I also went back to check my receipt which had been updated with the new details???
Overall ok experience, and found it interesting that if they had not had any issues previously they found it necessary to update their website overnight.

Quick delivery unfortunatly not beeen assembled yet

There was a mix up in the order and Greg fixed it immediately within 24hrs turnaround, very happy with the product and the customer service

Customer service was amazing, hard to find a company that communicates well and is reliable. Thanks Glen and team for a great experience

Pick up and communicate was great and easy.

Fabulous bed. Grandchildren love it. Pre sale service and support was “awesome” as well.

Low price, excellent customer service with the owner of the business who delivered the low lying bunk. He was up for a chat and was such a nice decent fella. I would recommend a local small company such as them

He was so helpful- did everything that was asked. He delivered the bed personally, carrying the heavy boxes inside and was a truly lovely person. My grandson absolutely loves the bed and I would unreservedly recommend this company.

Great service, arrived when expected with plenty of notice of delivery. Great quality product.

The shelves.
The back of the shelves arent cut to fit.
The instruction on shelf assembly isn’t clear.
Really difficult and in the end left the backs off. Not ideal. But they just don’t fit.

Our son loves his new bed, making transitioning to his ‘big boy’ bed much easier. Fantastic service and delivery, we had an issue with one of the wheels however upon contacting them it was quickly rectified and another sent out.

Willingness to sort out transaction, help to load goods into the car. Knowledge of their products

The grandkids love their new bed. It's good quality and the company was very easy to deal with

great customer service, fast delivery and the delivered bed is exactly as I expected. After placing an order from their website, I realised I was going to be away in the next few days, so I emailed them to arrange the suitable delivery time. They responded promptly and reassure me that they have let the delivery know about it. The bed was delivered the next day and my kids love it

Everything about the transaction was seamless. The communication exceeded my expectations. Customer service is alive! The product is also quality. Thank you Glenn.

Smooth transaction, good communication and product. Delivery quick and impressive service and presentation by Pedemonts.
