We had an excellent experience with Beercocks, particularly the team at the Hedon branch.
After my dad recently passed away, we needed to sell my mum's house, which was naturally an emotional time for our family. From the outset, the team were compassionate, supportive and understanding of our circumstances.

Communication throughout the process was excellent. They were always happy to answer questions, provide advice and follow up on anything that needed attention. They also arranged viewings around my wife and me so that my mum was never left on her own, and they even offered assisted viewings.

We always felt they were honest and had our best interests at heart. Their marketing and handling of the sale were outstanding, with the property selling within just one week of going on the market.

An unprofessional and rude estate agents who don’t deserve to be in business.

I have dealt with a few ladies from Beercocks Estate Agents. Including Belinda at the Ferriby branch and Elaine at the Willerby branch. They are both very friendly, polite and extremely professional ladies. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it’s a small detail or a more in depth detail. Although I haven’t finished dealing with Beercocks, I feel that I will have no problems at all that the ladies cannot help me with.

I have recently sold my parents’ property through the Newland branch of Beercocks. Eden kept me fully informed with all updates and developments with the sale. She always responded promptly to my enquiries and had a very professional, friendly manner. The sale took some time, although this was because of issues further down the chain, but I felt confident that Eden would do her best to solve any problems that arose. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend Beercocks and Eden in particular.

My current experience with beercocks has been a very smooth process. Ebony has been great help, with clear instructions and information and always goes above and beyond when I ask her questions.

We approached Beercocks to sell our home after seeing the high ratings they had in our area. We were impressed by all the staff in the Barton office - everyone was able to talk to us about our viewings and our house, and we had a great experience with them.
I want to particularly mention that Beercocks use a “Sales Progression Specialist”, something we had never heard of. The lady looking after us was Sue Kastelik, and she was amazing. Once we had received an offer on the house, Sue liaised with the solicitors on both sides, along with ourselves and our buyer, and also the sellers of our new home. She often gave us the heads up before any of the solicitors had been in touch. At times I feel that without her help we would not have known how to get information too and from all the relevant people and might have taken far longer to complete the sale.

They have been on a long 18 month journey with me on two failed and one successful attempts to move house.
It is only fitting that after so long with what seemed like little hope, I am sat here completing this survey whilst just about to set off and collect the keys to the new place.
