As a first time buyer, this can be a scary nerve wracking process but this company and their staff made the whole process simple, seamless and helped all along the way.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I initially dealt with Grace in the first instance who answered my questions promptly, precisely and with great knowledge and politeness.

Then for the latter part dealt with Demi, again, professional and polite with excellent service and knowledge all through the sales process.

I will recommend at every chance I get, and thank them greatly for making my whole process an enjoyable one. Even with a lovely card and bottle of bubbly on completion!!

I honestly cannot thank Amy enough. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. After my house had been on the market for over a year, I was starting to lose hope, but Amy and the team at Beercocks sold it within a week.

Throughout the process, Amy kept me informed every step of the way, always making sure I knew what was happening and what actions were required from me. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to provide sound advice when needed.

What really stood out was her determination to achieve the best possible outcome. She supported me in holding out for the price I wanted and then went a step further, helping me negotiate a result that put me in a far better position than I otherwise would have been.

Her efforts played a significant role in ensuring the transaction progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
