A really great experience. Sue was incredibly proactive moving the sale forwards and very helpful in addressing my concerns. These things were a huge help especially as first time buyer. Everyone at Beercocks was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I liked the staff and we got the sale, after some adamance from me about what price it should be sold at (it's a really good, light, beautiful house). Nice team but sometimes could be more proactive and at times had to remind them that they were my agent and not the buyer's. Did the job at a good rate.

Switched to Beercocks from another agent after house not selling for over 6 months and a couple of opportunities being missed or mishandled.
