Just bought 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair sunglasses from Befitting. Website was so easy to use. Loved the virtual try on. Will say the glasses seemed smaller on virtual try on than they are in real life but not off by much. Delivery was fast and prescription was perfect. Definitely will recommend.

Emily went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct contacts and kept me up to date in a very timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Befitting again for any contact or glasses needs.

Quick turn around order, very efficient, not a major deal but as feedback the glasses didn’t come clean, they have some fingerprints on it.

I chose my glasses, but my script was not uploading automatically, so I had to use the little representative helper on the website, and she was wonderful! She was able to go into their emails to check for manual scripts and made this process so easy! Glasses weren’t expected for roughly like 2 weeks is what i was thinking, and I actually got them the same week I spoke with the rep! So that is so awesome, had them by Friday evening for the weekend. Great easy experience on this website. Loved it

This is outrageous. When I placed the order more than a week ago, I uploaded the prescription at that time and was supposed to receive my order in 3 days.

Instead, 4 days later I received your email again asking for the prescription I had already uploaded at time of order. Why did that take 4 days, longer than the time I was promised it would take to receive my order? I promptly provided the prescription (again) on the same day.

Now, 3 more days later, you acknowledge receipt of the prescription and tell me it will be 2-3 more business days (i.e., 4-6 days as we are now up against a weekend). Again, why 3 additional days lost when that is supposed to be the time it takes from order to delivery? It seems like this is a game to justify taking 2 weeks to provide an order that your competitors are able to fulfill in 3 days. The meager savings on this order was not worth it. As this was a daily wear order, my son has now been without lenses for 2 days.

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering contact lens online. I'm very sorry I gave Befitting a chance, and intend to return to 1-800-Contacts or Lens.com for the four contact lens-wearing members of my family. Please register this as a formal complaint. I expect to hear from Befitting customer service. I will also be letting Davis Vision know about this experience.

The first pair of glasses I ordered I was a bit worried there would be something wrong with them. Not the case they were perfect they were spot on with my prescription my vision has never been this clear. So with that YES I've just ordered a second pair and I'm not the least bit worried. If your on the go like I am and you only have time late in the evening to shop on line. No worries with Befitting they are helpful, and very much in the loop with communication in order to take care of all the needs of all their customers. The selection of all products are more than any franchise store front. I recommend Befitting to any and all customers current and future!!!!💯

Befitting was easy to use, they were fast and easy to use. Best of all the glasses were great right out of the box. There were no mistakes in the finished product so iI did not have to do a Re-Do on anything.

I had to contact customer service, and I got a response in a timely manner and was called back in a timely manner and explained everything in detail.
