could not believe how quick my new glasses arrived,
easy to order and use my insurance, the fit was good, the scrip was good. Was going to keep them for good and keep using my old scratched and foggy pair for work,, but that`s not happening, planning on another pair as soon as my insurance becomes available.

My insurance benefits were applied immediately, and the online ordering process was quite simple. I added ultra-thin progressive lenses and anti-reflective coating for a much better price than I could get through my optometrist. I'm quite pleased with the glasses and will order from Befitting again!

Easy ordering. Easy link for my insurance coverage. Timely shipping. Overall, I received what I ordered. Only drawback was that my previous supplier offered an option with single vision lenses as "for distance or reading" under the single vision category. So I'll still need "reading" glasses

I had an error on my order but the customer service were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily and get my glasses to me. The glasses are well made and were shipped to me quickly!

EDIT: I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE COMPANY AND THEY RECTIFIED THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. I WISH I DID NOT HAVE TO SPEND HOURS DEALING WITH THE HASSEL OF THE BILLING, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS GREAT.
This company charged my insurance for 2 pairs of lenses instead of the 1 pair of lenses I ordered. They are telling my insurance company that this is just how their system works and now I'm unable to order a 2nd pair of lenses that I am entitled to with my insurance. So be aware of this when ordering from here.

Ordered a couple boxes of contacts and provided my prescription. They claimed that the prescription didn't cover my specific brand/type and that the order would be canceled. They still shipped the wrong brand/type and charged me.

Loved both pairs of glasses I've purchased with Befitting.com. The customer service experience was exceptional as they clarified and corrected a mistake I had made on my order, and then helped recommend similar frames that actually worked with my prescription. The frames they recommended have been my favorite frames ever!

The virtual wearing of glasses does not deviate from the original eyeglass. That was great. The 4 star is for not having more options in terms of choosing different lens brand for eyeglass. Had I been provided that choice I would have given full 5 stars. Also great that they had processed my vision insurance while placing online order.

Ordered biofinity toric contacts from befitting, other places told me they were back ordered but befitting had my contacts to me within a week

Fairly good selection of frames and was able to try most of them on. All of them had measurements so I was able to determine if they were a right fit for me.

Nice selection of frames. Coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company. The positioning of my near vision prescription was not set correctly and Befitting quickly replaced them with a corrected pair. I will certainly use Befitting for my next glasses.

They had a nice selection of frames at good prices. I was able to "try them on" for selection. They accepted my insurance for progressive sunglasses. Shipping was quick. The problem was the prescription was not correct 2 times! I had them checked at my optician. Customer service was very helpful. The company reground them a third time and shipped them to me on my vacation.

First time ordering online. All I can say is WOW! The sticks and bricks box stores quoted me any where from 250-450. Befitting cost with my insurance zero. What an amazing find.
