I receive all the products on time and very helpful when I have enquired about the the course for example quick dip for toe nails which is acceptable for completion of the ciurse

I did there masters course which included so much! I loved doing all the courses including the lash lift and tint, social media marketing and lash extension courses.

I found the course very informative and helpful and made things very easy to understand while on my lash journey and the support from them was also amazing.

My business now nearly 3 years is blooming and I couldn’t thank them enough for it! My weeks are nearly booked out from 3 weeks and more filled with lovely clients getting lash extensions and lash lifts! And the social media marketing course definitely helped me get a lot of clients and help me build up my socials :)

I started my Lashing journey with Bela beauty college, and it was the best decision I made. With the course's being self paced I was able to work around the commitments I already had and my families needs. The online tutor's were always quick with responding to my assignments when I submitted them and the feedback was always kind, detailed and worded clearly. Customer support were always easy to get ahold of aswell which is always a massive plus. I started studying in January of 2023, and was able to open my own home on the 14th of August. I only intended on working 5 days a fortnight, go match my middle child's kindy schedule. Demand for my work was to high and by October I was working 6 days a week. I've been able to build an amazing business and work for myself all with the knowledge I gained from studying with Bela Beauty College

There is no good cooling off period. Do not agree to anything with this company. They are poor business people trying to sign you up and sell you. They are not interested in doing the right thing

Simple and straight to the point, good phone manner and easy to understand.

Do not sign up, I know someone that doesn't understand English well and didn't understand what a Cooling off period is, Let alone a predatory 3 day cooling off period. Most agreements have a 10 day cooling off period. These scammers use a 3 day period.
They will keep debiting your account and try and milk you for $3,900 and from what I have seen it's an online course that you do yourself.
If the product is quality you don't have to lock people in with predatory tactics.

Note i am not the purchaser of this product, I have submitted this review after being told about the 3 day cooling off period which i believe is too short. I have provided the contact details of your customer for bela beauty to restablish connection with as you cannot simply treat your customers that way. At the very least you should negotiate a path forward with your customer. This person placed their trust in your organisation and the very least you could do is show that you are willing to negotiate with them.
