Price to high, follow up to aggressive an over all the communication was strong but I didnt see the value for that much of an investment per month.

I was paying 8,500 a month. I found out my assistant was actually only being paid 3,800. Ok. Charging a premium makes sense. Belay needs to make a profit. But more than 50% when to them? And then I asked my assistant what type of training does she get each month and she said none. At that point, I felt bamboozled.
And based on their response, they missed my point. My assistant wasn't getting any additional support from Belay to justify her not getting a higher percentage of my payment.

Super happy with our BELAY team member
The process was really smooth, and I love our VA - she's wonderful. BELAY did a great job finding us the right person for what we needed.
In terms of the support on the BELAY side. Everyone I've engaged with has been super nice and helpful. I felt like I was really listened to and my needs were taken seriously. There were some opportunities for more communication - when I had my initial KO, I would have loved more hard materials to reference that included BELAY's full offering - options, policies, etc. Separately, when I was told they found our VA and set up a KO call, it was not at all clear that call would be their first day (I assumed that would be something we would agree on), so I was scrambling to get an onboarding plan together. It's worked out, but I think there could have been more support in those areas. Otherwise, great!

great customer service, pushy sales process and your cost was extremely high, $4k/ month for 20 hrs, vs $2k/month for 40 hrs.
I am going to try the 40 hr first with another company.
