Having had a bad experience last Christmas when I rented a property in Nelson Bay I was delighted to find Belle Property Escapes - right from the first enquiry I had a friendly, helpful and responsive service. Over time I talked with just about all the staff in the office and they were all the same - so helpful and keen to make our stay a good one. With the few issues we had - which were entirely outside of their control - they were so helpful even after hours. I can highly recommend them.

Drift Palm Cove
Stayed in an Apartment in Palm Cove. Beautiful location, fantastic apartment which had everything we need. Most importantly the communication with the team in Palm Cove was amazing. Highly recommend.

A winter break for two happy Kiwis
We visited from New Zealand for a month. Our apartment was perfect for our needs, and well located with beach views, a lovely cafe on the ground floor, and close to public transport - all as advertised. The lovely ladies at the Belle Property office were so friendly and helpful, it was great having them there to guide us (and help out with a spare key when we locked ourselves out!). We would love to come back again and know that we can have total confidence in booking on-line and having another great holiday.

Amazing Stay
We had a fantastic stay at this place. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect, so close to restaurants and the beach yet nice and quiet at night. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wow, wow & wow.
Wow. Our stay at Seashells Trinity Beach was one of the best AIRBNB'S we have stayed in. Beautiful apt equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was like walking into our own home, with items that were made available. Even down to disposable shower caps.
Kudos must go to the cleaning team, it was very clean & beautifully presented. Belle were amazing to work with, from 1st enquiry to checkout. Shoutout to Amy who corresponded within minutes.I can't speak highly enough of this beautiful property or the team at Belle Escapes.

We had an amazing staycation at Villa Latania Palm Cove. Although a couple of little things arose during our stay, Belle Property Escapes were quick to communicate and offered solutions that did not interrupt our stay.
